After repeated phone calls to date Eli's towing refuses to correct the receipt. Eli's stated they faxed the corrected receipt on Jan 15th which was a holiday MLK holiday in fact. After repeated requests by me the gentleman at Eli's feigned unable to hear me then hung up. I am not sure if he refuses to help my Mother due to her age or race or perhaps there is another reason. We were unable to rent the evening of the bad moving experience but we made a quick reservation the next morning when equipment became available and Leann provided a bright spot in something that has been so unpleasant. She provided a great service and value for what we needed providing a few extra miles to help with drop off of the equipment because of the location of our new home. If we could have gotten full service moving through Leann we would have gladly given her all the money we have spent elsewhere on this move. In the world of moving where we have been met with "oh that will cost you more" she said "here is something I can do for you and it won't cost you anything extra".

Lately there's been a change. Recently had the 2 front wheel speed sensors replaced and was very disappointed that the bill was over $500. In my neighborhood I'm prohibited from doing car repairs myself but, were I able, I would have done this job for less than $100 . (ATE sensors for $30 / each at FCP Euro). I expected to be charged maybe $250 to $300. After a previous oil change, I had to return to the shop, next day, because oil was leaking onto my carport driveway. Drain plug wasn't fully tightened. I'm going to find a new shop.
