In August of 2022 I had a plumber come out and claim to have fixed my sewerage drain problem along with a hefty price tag. It worked for three months and then at the end of November my sewer pipe began backing up again and even worse! I called the original plumber and he could not have been any less helpful. I was desperate and asked Cat D. for help and she highly recommended Jersey Drains (as you can see by her review). Alex from Jersey Drains called me back immediately after I left a message and said he would be over later that day. Perfect! I was scared what he may find and how much this whole thing would cost. Alex ended up being a little later than he expected, but he kept us updated and it was never a big deal. When he arrived he was shocked to find how much sewer water came out of our pipe. He couldn't believe someone claimed to have fixed our problem. He walked my husband and I through the entire process - from snaking the drain to putting a camera into the drain to make sure everything was clear, that there were no roots, and nothing was sunken. Everything looked great! I also can't say enough about the price! Alex did an amazing job AND for a price much cheaper than the original guy. When the technician left, the septic tank lids had not been properly secured. The screws were left sitting in the lids instead of being fastened, leaving the covers unsecured. As someone with children at home, I immediately recognized this as a serious safety hazard. I called the company as soon as I noticed the issue to make them aware. I explained that I had kids in the house and that the unsecured lids posed an immediate risk. The company had no problem promptly charging for the service, but when I called to report a serious safety issue they had created, I was told no one was available and that it would have to wait until the following morning. I found that response disappointing, especially considering the potential risk. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I have a harder time accepting is the lack of urgency when a customer reports a potentially dangerous situation. An unsecured septic tank isn't a minor inconvenience--it's a significant safety hazard, particularly for families with children. I hope the company uses this as an opportunity to improve both its safety procedures and its customer service. A business should stand behind its work and respond promptly when a safety issue is brought to its attention.

Not only was I given a great price to perform this task, but Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me for getting an addition approved. He was so helpful that I decided to use him for the excavation for the addition, and therefore would only hire a contractor who would use them. I also hired them for additional site work outside the scope of the addition and was happy with all of the work performed ($20,000+ worth of work, including their portion of the addition). Once again, Paul was very helpful in guiding me through what I needed to know in regards to the approval process with the town. He was also willing to provide references for contractors providing other services and never steered me wrong. In summary, I would highly recommend using them for any sitework on your property.
