They were able to clear the main that no one else was able to unclog. A camera inspection was performed and it showed an enormous amount of roots and several cracks in the clay main. It appeared that after over 100 years the clay sewer main was on its last legs and about to collapse. The crew worked diligently and carefully to re-line the main, extending its life for 50+ more years. This crew was friendly, and worked great together. Both Ignacio and Joshua from IG were outstanding to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and expert in their craft. If you are having sewer problems definitely give them a call and I know you will be as impressed as I was. My sewer line backed up unexpectantly and had to be snaked out to the city sewer line. Over the following 2 weeks it backed up another 2 times. At the 3rd backup Ignacio came, snaked out the line, and ran a camera down it. I was able to view the camera video on his tablet as he carefully explained everything I was seeing. He showed me what the problem was and gave me 3 options to permanently resolve the issue with pros and cons for each option. I contracted with IG and within 1 week they did the work and fixed my problem. Not only that, but they kept everything so clean during the work and even washed my floor when they were finished. I came across Ignacio and his apprentice at our neighborhood. We are looking for a local licensed plumber to install the water softener system. After short conversation, they came to our house and did a quick and professional water test and provided a quick and clear quote. It's a little bit higher than what we expected but it's acceptable. On the installation day, they were on time and did a quick job. Our water supply main valve is in a tricky position. extension work required to install the whole system. Ignacio did a great job explained the situation and his plannings. Everything installed successfully and they even cleaned the spot after the whole work. Really appreciate! My kitchen sink drain was clogged and I started looking for a plumber here on Yelp. I put out a request for plumbing services and Ignacio is one of the plumbers that answered. I spoke to him the same day and we arranged for him to come the next day. Ignacio arrived on time and was friendly. He looked under the kitchen sink and told me the pipes under the sink had tiny holes in them and they would eventually start to leak. I didn't think it was unusual, so I agreed to have him replace the piping under the sink as well as the two strainers inside the sink drains (it is a double sink). It was more than I was planning to spend that day, but I figured I would take care of this since he was already there and I didn't want any additional issues. Soon after this, my opinion of him took a turn for the worst. He asked if he could see the waste pipe that drains from my kitchen sink. When we got downstairs to the basement, he looked at the valves on my washing machine and started telling me how bad they looked. He said that if I ever wanted to replace the washing machine, the delivery men wouldn't even install the new machine because the valves were so bad. He also said I didn't have burst proof hoses, they could burst anytime and could flood my basement. He also said insurance would not cover this since I did not have burst proof hoses. He then started giving me a price quote (that I did not ask for) to replace the hoses to burst proof hoses and a price to replace the valves on my washing machine. I said I was only planning to spend the money on fixing my kitchen sink and he said "well I take credit cards". I didn't appreciate this because I felt like he assumed I had the money to fix a whole bunch of things at one time for a very high price. I also didn't ask him to look at the washing machine, he was called to my home to fix the kitchen sink and he should have stuck to that. I ended up letting him unclog the kitchen sink, replace the piping under the sink, replace the washing machine valves and replace the washing machine hoses. I really didn't appreciate the fact that he used scare tactics to convince me to let him perform more services and make more money. I also told him I had an appointment that afternoon and that I needed to leave at a certain time. He assured me he would be finished by then. He ended up losing track of time and making me late for my appointment. I also noticed that after he was finished unclogging the kitchen sink, there was dirt splattered ALL over my entire kitchen. On the backsplash, walls, microwave, stove, coffee maker, cabinets, wooden blinds. It took me days to clean the dirt off of everything. I have no complaints about the actual work he did (except for the fact that he left a mess in my kitchen), but I would never call him again. read more

Unparalleled service. I hired this company blind with no referrals or anything. We had a back up and was desperate to get it handled. Two uniformed, mask wearing and gloved gentlemen showed up. They were polite, polished and knowledgeable. What a pleasant surprise. The owner asked me lots of questions about our septic system and issues. He quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem, cleared up our problem and made recommendations about how to handle the cause long term. A dirty job and they left everything in order and clean.
