They did a camera inspection of the sewer line which turned out was partially blocked so then they quickly ran a snake through a couple of tomes and then did a second inspection after the line was cleared. My only complaint was they were not very forthcoming about telling me the additional cost to snake the sewer line which ended up being double what I had originally planned for the camera inspection. After much effort he was finally able to get the snake into the line but it drew out roots. To get the line flowing he had to use a Hi Pressure water jet to clean the line.
