The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which made a big difference on such an important day. A special thank you to Lisa, the Sales and Event Coordinator, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and her support truly helped bring everything together perfectly. The rest of the team working alongside her were also very kind and professional, contributing to such a welcoming and well-coordinated experience. In addition, the food and wine were excellent--everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which added even more to the overall experience. Six of us made a reservation at the restaurant for Wednesday dinner but arrived early to check out the farm and surroundings. It was a beautiful evening so we started out with a walk down to the water and a look see of the vineyards. Next we went to the tasting room and found we were the only people there. The Tasting Room server was very friendly and got us all set up at a long table with flight cards. I ordered a white flight and all were very refreshing and delicious, my favorite being the Pinot Blanc which had notes of lemon zest, peach and orange rind. Very very tasty. The flight of four was $25 with generous pours. Next we moved into the restaurant area for our dinner reservation. Isabelle provided exceptional service and was attentive and friendly. The Harvest Caesar Salad (salads are safe again, y'all!) was very interesting. It looked nothing like a traditional Caesar and was phenomenal. Isabelle explained the chef does some sort of magic with the cheese. Wow! Several of us ordered the Rockfish entree which was described as being pan prepared and encrusted with blue and yellow corn. It came with saffron rice, asparagus and tomatillo relish. I don't even know what words can do this dish justice other than a simple, "OMG!" I would describe it as tasting, "earthy," and I mean that as the highest compliment. We finished off with a Key Lime Cheesecake which was smooth and flavorful. Isabelle then humored us with our request for group photos then we went outside to enjoy the huge patio swing at sunset.
