Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt. This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!! Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to "replace the shirt" but that didn't work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. After about 15 minutes, I left (without buying anything) and went to my car. Once I sat down I realized my phone wasn't in my back pocket. I looked everywhere, then trekked back to the store. When I couldn't find it along my route, I went to the cashier and asked if anyone had turned it in. Um you are a cashier at Ross, one of your crap customers or shady co workers just stole my designer jewelry and now you're the tone police? I dont think so. She also told me unsolicited that I could wait at the back of the line to make my $1200 purchase. I told her not happening and she needed to stop harassing me. Ive never been treated like this. She and the phony manager need to be terminated immediately. They are racists plain and simple. I will need to be reimbursed for my stolen ring that has a value far greater than anything in that store immediately. My next call is to an attorney if I dont hear something today.
