The agency took no responsibility (citing their,…read more"if you rent sight unseen, you accept as is" policy buried on their web site) and after we complained loudly for the first three days of our 2-week stay, the agency ghosted us and stopped responding. Insane misrepresentation of a property costing nearly $1000/day and evasive accountability -- avoid Kinlin Grover -- they suck -- big time. Rented a place in North Chatham (293 Whidah Rd) that failed to meet every expectation --- it is a complete dump. Posted a 1-star review on the KG site a week ago and they have yet to post; thieving cowards. 293 Whidah Rd is a disaster of a home and nothing in the rental is "as advertised". The house is insanely dated (even by Cape standards). The house REEKS of must, mold, mildew, and rot in every room all of the time. The lower lever is completely uninhabitable. The main level has one ductless A/C that cannot compete with the heat and the damp and the stench. The "central A/C" upstairs is likewise insufficient and cannot compete with the 35-year-old damp and musty carpets, drapes, and bed linens. There is NO escape --- you will be miserable here. BTW - the "view" is a joke as are ALL of the amenities (e.g. the grill, the outdoor shower, the appliances -- even the trash cans). Gross.
