Stay away or go in with your lawyer and inspector at your elbow.

This agent spoke to my daughter as if she were a criminal using insulting language and insulting me, her elderly mother! This is intolerable. The occupant was pleasant and understanding as any reasonable person would be when a mistake happened. He was unprofessional, insulting and mean.

Our realtor was fired for incompetency halfway through the process. She made you feel as if she was working for the buyers of our house. After we let her go the broker took over as our agent. Now we understand where the incompetency comes from because as the leader of this organization he was worse then the realtor we let go. During the closing on our house he was never there, instead he spent time with the buyers answering all of their questions.
