I understand that menu items may have limitations, but good service is about how those situations are handled. Unfortunately, the level of service I received today did not meet my expectations. I hope this feedback is shared so future guests have a better experience. Food was excellent, but go someplace else if you are looking for better service.

And as someone who normally isn't much of a slaw person, I was surprised by how much I loved it. They also tried to tempt me with the roast beef special, which honestly looked great, but at 10:30 in the morning I just couldn't fully commit to roast beef yet. Maybe next time. The new name is a nice tribute to the owner's mother, Arleen, but thankfully it still feels like the Milktooth so many of us have come to enjoy over the years. The outcome was an impasse. In a nutshell, I did not confirm my appointment with her the day before the visit. My appointment was cancelled and I was charged a $35 inconvenience fee. I showed up for the appointment, oblivious to the email and voice mail her office had send me that morning. When I make an appointment I recognize I may be charged an inconvenience fee if I do not show up or fail to provide a timely cancelation. Her policy of cancelling my appointment and charging a fee for failing to confirm a day ahead does not balance the needs of the practice and those of the patient. To be fair the fee was canceled and she is sending me an inconvenience fee though she did not see how I was inconvenienced because I was going to her office anyway. I did lose my annual insurance benefit as this appointment was a few days before Christmas with offices shutting down for the holidays. Based her belief of the necessity for this policy and of the importance of maintaining her principles, I have changed dentists. I felt like a peg filling an appointment space and can easily be replaced by another peg. Part two of the review is I have been pleased with the dental care I have received from the dentists and her staff. I trust they would provide you with the same care. My daughter went to Dean and Clark dentistry for her needs and they were rude people but our primary dentist was uncomfortable working on her small mouth. Going from her kids dentist to this new one was amazing. The dentist was so sweet and even made my daughter a balloon animal.
