I've had a hard time finding a dentist that was a good as my family dentist since I moved to Indy 4 years ago, but Hadley was even better than my family dentist back home! Check in was fast and the wait wasn't long. My hygienist, Lindsey, did an outstanding job on my teeth. She talked me through everything we did and made sure I was comfortable. I can't say my experience has been the greatest. Lack of communication from the gal that handles payments. I had to call several times for a call back on my visit and plan of action. She had to leave during my visit that day and said she would get back to me. Charging my card 2 months in a row on a balance that was already paid. Made 2 appts online and received texts confirming only to find out they were not valid. Showed up at 7am for the first one and called to confirm the second the day of only to find out there was another error. I need a deep cleaning which costs thousands that I don't have right now but can't get a regular cleaning in the meantime. I didn't find that out until I was in the chair. Been coming to Hadley over a year now, and always had great service. They call you ahead of time before your appointment to confirm, as they require 48hr advance notice for cancellation. This office is very easy to find, it's a stand alone building with a parking lot out front. The building and inside seem on the newer side, and furniture is not torn or worn. Simple and quaint ambiance. For covid precautions, they take your temperature upon entering, neat touch less gadget. You also have the option to fill out paper work through a link that they provide via text message prior to your appointment, very convenient. The waiting area's seating is spread apart for social distancing to follow covid regulations. Teresa, a dental hygienist at this office, is wonderful, personable, and caring. I always request her for my son and my teeth cleaning. She has an extremely gentle touch and is appreciably kind. Most importantly, my teeth feel so clean after a visit with her. I can tell she is really passionate about dental hygiene and she is highly knowledgeable. I had questions about what my insurance would cover which she went above and beyond to find out the answer, instead of sending me to the front desk. She also made my follow up appointment and took my payment right afterwards, to prevent having to make an extra stop at the check out station. So helpful! After years of putting off some major dental work, a dental infection finally made me brave enough to decide to get it done. After searching, this place was at the top of my list due to reviews and the location. I have a phobia of dental work and knew I'd picked the right place when their intake paperwork not only asked about how nervous I was, but what they could do to help. They've been kind and compassionate on every visit. Today was the big day. I had 8 teeth removed while awake on nothing but laughing gas and local anesthetic. Dr. Davis and his assistant, Ryan, were amazing. I felt nothing. Plus, I was in and out in 90 minutes. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. They have been amazing! read more

I called early in the morning, and they were able to fit me in that same morning. Receptionists were friendly, called several times with different question, and they were glad to answer them all. I met with the dentist prior to work being done, and he was friendly and easy to talk to. The process went smoothly and no pain. I was provided a recommendation to follow up with my personal dentist. My fist time going here and it was a pleasant experience. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming. The hygienists was very welcoming and nice easy to talk to. She explain everything very well. They have small screens in front of the chair so u can watch TV while you get work done also so they can show you the x-rays. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The dentist came in after my cleaning and did a check up and explained my x-rays and recommendations for work that needs to be done. I love dentist that explain to you what they see and suggestions on how to take care of your teeth correctly. I've had dentist in the past that didn't explain my x-rays and didn't address the issue I would bring up. I am so glad to have found this place I'm happy with their service and will continue to go there and recomend this place. read more

When I moved to Indianapolis I was nervous about finding a new dentist that I enjoyed (yes, enjoyed...a dentist!) as much as my previous on in Raleigh, NC. I've been a patient of Dr. Hadley for several years. I have a broken crown and even though I called just after they opened on Friday April 30th they had no availability for emergencies, even though they advertise they will take care of you. I will have to wait until Monday and be wait listed for a cancellation. This is totally unacceptable, my wife and I are never going back and are finding new dentists that are passionate about providing care to those in need, honest, and dependable. read more

This dentistry has great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and prices that are comparable to other local dentists. I had a root canal done recently and they did a great job. Their customer service and professionalism was second to none. Taking a quick tour of the place I thought they may be an expensive place since they had a decent size staff, everything appeared new, and they had amenities such as little cable televisions for each patient chair. I compared their price to another dentist that did not have as nice a practice and they were the same. I am not looking forward to having any more teeth issues, but if I do, I'm glad to have this practice to go to. read more

I must say I love this Dentist office! Everyone here is so friendly, and the facility is so nice and clean. They treat you so well, and they want to make sure that you are comfortable at all times... They make you feel like you really matter to them. I have had several positive experiences coming to Hadley Family Dentistry! The staff are very friendly! The Dental Assistant Cheryl is awesome! She is very personable and knowledgeable about what she is doing. She took time to make sure I understood what was going on in my mouth and why. They also have very convenient hours as I often try to get it taken care of at 7am before I go in to work. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to get a cavity filled there after my first visit and I had many problems with that tooth after. My first visit back after it happened, they re-did the filling and did it on the house. However, I still continued to have issues, and each time I went back, I was told a different reason as to why I was having pain and sensitivity. After my most recent visit my issues seem to be resolved! They have had some changes in dentists since my first issue occurred, and I have no complaints about Dr. Hadley or his new dentist. I took my 3 year old daughter (E) to Hadley Family Dentistry and the experience was above and beyond my expectations! Lesa was phenomenal. She carefully explained what each instrument was for and let E know why she had to wear gloves and a mask (which can be quite scary for younger kids) before she ever began cleaning E's teeth. While Lesa went to get the doctor, she showed E a video on the tv that is attached to each individual patient chair, about a monkey brushing his teeth. E ended up watching it 3 times and Lesa never minded restarting it for her. Before leaving, Lesa gave E the option of 2 toothbrushes and then directed E to the Toy Box to pick out a small toy. E keeps asking when she can go back! I couldn't recommend this office more. Their modern technology and extremely nice staff make this office the best one you could ever choose. read more
