Very disappointing experience…read more My husband was genuinely sick with fever, body aches, headache, loss of appetite, and flu-like symptoms and needed a doctor's note to return to work. We attempted to come in around 7 PM one evening (they close at 8 PM) but were turned away and told they were no longer taking patients, even though they were still open. We were instead scheduled for an appointment the next morning at 8 AM. By the time he was seen, several days had passed and his symptoms were improving, which is normal. However, the doctor's note stated they could not excuse prior missed work because he "presented for work excuse" and tested negative for COVID/flu. The wording felt dismissive and implied he wasn't truly sick. The wording of the note was very disappointing and came across as dismissive, as if my husband was not truly sick or was being dishonest. Anyone who has been ill knows that by day 4-5 symptoms can improve and tests can be negative, even if you were genuinely sick earlier. We were not asking for anything unreasonable -- just documentation acknowledging that he had been ill and unable to work. Compassion and better bedside manner would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling judged rather than cared for.

Thirty minutes and $80'ish later, we were walking back out the door after having seen the provider. Didn't feel rushed through like cattle and Dad was feeling much better the following day due to the RX provided. Only issue was one of the RX given the ins didn't want to cover. I prob could have called the office back and asked for an alternative, but instead just got a partial fill. So 4.5 stars, and that rounds to 5. Just please, for the love of all, keep enough providers and staff on hand to ensure your wait time stays reasonable. Area doesn't need another shoddy and understaffed urgent care!

She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional. Before being seen by her I was dealing with chronic disease and was doing the run around, my experience with other doctors were awful. She truly cared to keep medical charges as low as possible as I was being treated every month. While treating multiple chronic diseases she was honest that stress was triggering all my issues and recommended I change my environment. It took me some time but as soon as I did all the chronic diseases disappeared. I had been on 4 rounds of antibiotics and so much more medication.
