As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.

We feel personally victimized by you. You have stolen from us. $200 may not seem like a lot. But for a young married couple it is. For us, two people who already only have very little, it is. We had been saving for our wedding for two years. That money that you took, had to come from somewhere else. It came out of our bills account. We were late on our utility payment. Now, I'm not going to beg you. Like I said I get what it's like to be down on your luck and obviously, if you're willing to do something so ethically wrong you must need it more than we do. It is unique, cute and mobile (easily placed at the venue). I liked that the photo booth is spacious, and there are no strange colored lights that some photo booths use - the ones that make people look like aliens! Included in photo trailer rental: Full service package allowed us to customize the photo strips with our names and wedding date. The service came with plenty of props as well as a beautiful bamboo cover photo book. I was thankful that the photo booth was staffed, as the attendants ensured that guests were using the booth correctly. They also securely adhered photo copies in our photo book and reminded guests to write a message (especially helpful when it comes to intoxicated guests). Additionally, we received a high quality online gallery! I was easily able to save it as a Google Photos album. Website/communication: Can be a bit confusing. The photo bus and photo trailer website (idahophotobus.com) is separate from their standard photo booth website (treasurevalleyphotobooth.com). Website is not updated (converted horse trailer not listed, photo bus page states "we are currently reserving dates November 2018 through 2019") and can be hard to navigate.
