I called and talked to her once on a Wednesday about a month after she had been here and she told me she would email the bid by Friday. After leaving 2 more messages we decided we wouldn't use them even if the numbers were right. I completely understood when she said she was behind but to never hear back at all is terrible business. Was able to get an appointment ASAP with no issues. Easy access in and out (important when driving these things!) The shop has the be the cleanest there is and the waiting area looks like Macy's with everything thing a dedicated CAT owner might dream of! The parts counter is clear un cluttered and the guys could not be more friendly and helpful. Not only help you but also the cashier (nice touch). My service tech found me in the waiting room and took me out to the bus. He politely hooked in and stayed on it for about an hour until it was dialed in and all the controls were adjusted to my preferences! Answered all my questions and had me on my way. I was able to get pricing on services such as oil changes and found them to be 30% less then the best prices I had found! I'll be coming back here for a long time!

RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.

I had about 1200 sqft of carpet and pad removed and then installed. They absolutely turned what was beginning to be VERY stressful and budget bursting experience into a pleasant and budget friendly experience.
