Fast forward to 6 months ago, he screwed us over royally forced a sale on our house for profit and commission for him and guess what his brother is a realtor! Imagine that! We got zero cash from the sale of our house and money is missing/hidden after doing all the paperwork not to mention they had scrap metal guys (posing as movers) throw out all of belongings, Thousands and Thousands of dollars our belongings! Irreplaceable family items etc... They got the buyers so upset over the way everything was handled that we got served papers to go to court just because of them and their actions. The buyers actually filed suite against them and to the NH real-estate board.
