I love Bojangles. I used to go to the one on Greenville St, only they began to consistently get my order wrong, seemingly deliberately. So since I was over on Hwy 28 Bypass, I stopped in that store, hoping for a better experience. It was about 10:38 a.m. I asked for Supremes, Mac-n-cheese & tea. I was told I couldn't order small Mac-n-cheese, so asked if I was OK with regular. I agreed. I was asked to pull forward. I paid, but was not given a receipt. As I paid, I was asked which sauce I wanted and I asked for Bo sauce (so glad they brought that back). However, when I got home, I had Honey Mustard. NO Mac-n-cheese at all. Since they didn't give me a receipt I don't have a receipt number. Sad experience. Why bother asking us what we want at all if they're not going to give it to us? read more

This Bojangles is closest to my home, I order from here a lot. My kids love their chicken and biscuits. I would give them a five but sometimes when I come here they run out of chicken or sides. It's happened a few times. Such as yesterday. I drove up to the speaker and ordered my food, I understood it was busy. I waited 20-25 minutes until I made it to the window. The girl then proceeds to tell me they only have drumsticks and chicken breast. She tells me it will be 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. If I stayed 30 minutes to wait, I literally would have waited an hour for my food. That is not fast food service. They need to work on that. I told the girl, no thanks, and went across the street to KFC. The food was not very good, but I couldn't wait another 30 minutes in line. read more

This place is a complete joke. 4 year olds could run this place better. Iv been here 3 separate occasions. The first two times I waited over 45 min with only 3 cars in front of me. I waited so long I had to leave because I was on my lunch break. I foolishly went a third time and waited about just as long. Workers were more than rude. Terrible service. So they close at 7:00 pm on a Saturday, which is ridiculous. Anyway, we show up at 6:15 to order a 20 piece box of Chicken and biscuits, 12 chicken strips and biscuits for a family get together and they tell us they wouldn't cook anymore chicken because they close in 45 minutes and they were already cleaning the fryer. Absolutely ridiculous, they should be cooking and serving chicken until they close. This was a $50 order you missed out on. I don't know who owns this restaurant but you ain't gonna have one if you keep running your business like this, you've just lost mine. Awful management. I went on a Tuesday night at 8:29 and the lady at the window said they were closing early because she was "hurting" and there was only 2 people on staff. So unbelievably slow. The workers have no sense of urgency. Multiple times I've sat in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes. I go there for the coleslaw, it's the best I've ever had but they are out of it! Come on now, if your famous for something at least keep it in stock. The chicken wasn't too bad. The macaroni was good so was the mashed potatoes. Not to big on the gravy though. Last but not least, the tea was awesome. Still wish they had coleslaw. read more
