    Tiger Burger & Fries
    John S.

Another Yelp hidden gem that I found on several area Elite's public best of lists. Arden's is the epitome of a hole in the wall that I never would have found on my own while passing through. Minimal seating and there were many regulars that picked up to-go orders in the short time I was there. After ordering at the counter my Tiger Burger (Fresh Ground Beef, House Mayo, Bacon, Lettuce, Grilled Onions and American Cheese) and Fries arrived amazingly fast. I left off the grilled onions. I agree with many other reviewers that this was a really good old fashioned flat top griddle burger. The Asian seasoning made for a unique and pleasant taste. The fries were also old fashioned hand cut style and a great combination of a slight crisp outside but tender inside. Great value as well.

Delicious burger made with Teriyaki sauce. Service was so good and friendly. Small seating area and a nice local feel.

Dumplings, Thai burger and knock out burger. Yummy.

Enjoying our burgers and double dumpling sides. Heard too much good about this place. Had to try for ourselves. Welcomed right as we entered. Short order time and quick service. Burgers did not disappoint. The Asian twist was a surprise which we liked. The dumplings and sauce are also delicious. We will be back. Wish you were in a better location (downtown).

This is probably the best burger joint in the area. Fast service, unique toppings, and hand cut french fries. And at $8.99 for burger and fries, it's cheaper than most fast food places. The meat itself tasted like it was frozen at some point, and that's the only reason for subtracting one star.

    Soul burger.

Locally owned and operated. Awesome burger. Service was stellar. Ambiance is...needs some work. The owner admitted that some customers go to Jersey Mikes due to his 70's mud colored tile floors and equally dated decor. He's working on it. The guy does not have the deep pockets of the owners of chains-throwing down $100k for turnkey. I told him if he gets his floors done I'll paint his walls for free. That's how freaking good his food is...FRESH EVERY DAY!

Tiger burger. Made with fresh beef hamburger, crispy bacon, grilled onions, cheese, lettuce and special sauce.

Really good food. Loved the burger and fries. I like my bacon extra crispy and that's how they came on this burger. Perfect! Great service and really nice staff. My grandson got the salmon and my son got steak. Theirs came with rice and veggies. Looked so yummy. They loved it. Will definitely be going back to this place. Highly recommend!

My first time trying Arden's Burgers, and it was delicious!! We got the tiger burger, and it may be the best burger I've ever had. Very friendly staff as well.

Knock out burger, with fresh ingredients:cucumbers, cilantro pickled carrots jalapeños and cheese and the special house mayo

First time visit to Arden's and it won't be our last! All fresh ingredients and burgers made fresh daily! The owner greeted us when we walked in the door, and was very friendly and explained the different burgers and which ones where customer favorites. I ordered the knock out burger and loved it... I wasn't sure if I would like cucumbers on a burger but it was a great combination with the cilantro, jalapeños and home made sauce . The sauce was so good I asked for extra so I could dip my fries in it! Speaking of the fries - are fresh cut daily and cooked to order so they are piping hot when delivered. I swear was probably equal to two potatoes! My husband ordered the tiger burger. He was impressed that the bacon was cooked perfectly - nice and crispy! He also like the special sauce on the burger... my husband loves hot fresh fries and he was not able to finish his portion! Shocking! We told the owner this and he mentioned that on our next trip we could substitute one of the fries for a side salad or vegetables (Broccoli or squash etc.)

Burgers are best I have had in Anderson. French fries are fresh cut, and spring rolls are top notch!

I ordered the Super Grain bowl w/shrimp and my aunt ordered the Stir Fried Noodle bowl w/shrimp and chicken. It was all so fresh and good! Big shrimp! I spent roughly $50 for two meals, oh and my aunt had two spring rolls and we had two soft drinks as well. I can't say this will be a go to often as $50 isn't cheap but it was so delicious! The place was slow for a Saturday afternoon, as I said but a lot of tables were full and it was relatively quiet. There is a patio available for seating and the immediate parking lot out front of stupidly tiny but there is other parking available and a short walk as it is in a plaza.

Got the grilled chicken & steak, which was solid. The grilled chicken had a great char flavor, while the steak tasted like something you'd eat at a hibachi restaurant. The fried rice wasn't oily or dry, best part was how's the portion was. Got a side of 6 piece gyoza which was meat and vegetable filled; that was also non oily and fried just right. Took about 7-8 minutes for the order to come out which was a fast then around. Plenty of room for dining & facilities were pretty clean. They also have other menu items like bubble teas and ramen. Definitely a diverse menu, will certainly be back.

It's in a quiet neighborhood bordering a pretty bougie living community so I shouldn't have been surprised at the blandness but I was. I got chicken fried rice I think and it was truly so bland and there were no offered flavor enhancers like soy sauce. It was ok but absolutely not worth the cost. The service was very friendly and the overall restaurant vibes were unoffensive to the point that they barely had any decorations up. Just a bland atmosphere overall. I wish I could've liked it but it was disappointing. I can make better Asian fusion in my home kitchen and save a lot of money next time.

The menu promises the ability to make most menu items vegetarian or vegan with tofu. I opted for a tofu kebab dish which isn't commonly offered. Grilling is a delicious way of preparing tofu, and theirs was marinated in something that was tasty and salty. Like most of their menu options, this came over garlic sautéed green beans, which is fine by me, with a small portion of rice (the option was given to just do green beans if you don't want the carbs). My appetizer was some cabbage-heavy spring rolls, which I'm fine with as it brings balance to the meal, which came with some very powerful sweet chili and mustard sauces. There aren't a ton of places to go in South Carolina for Chinese food, let alone vegetarian friendly. Even on a Monday, this place was doing solid takeout business with the occasional person eating in, and I would certainly recommend it over most plausible alternatives.
