This is the most ridiculous fast food I have ever seen. Stopped to grab a chicken biscuit,sausage biscuit and egg and cheese biscuit through the drive through before heading out of town for the kids. Waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes just to be pushed to pull up and they will bring it out to you.... Several cars leaving due to wait. Others parked waiting on their food and hardly anyone in the dinning room. They need to improve this business model or change staff. 0 rating out of 5. Just ridiculous. read more

I placed an order for 16 pieces of chicken. the food was good but my problem is they said it would take 15 minutes to prepare. however it was an honest 42 minutes before receiving my food..... how is that even possible. cooking all from scratch would take less time read more

I'm not a fast food fan, but I've been to several Bojangles locations. Because we don't have one in my city, when we are in need of a quick meal and spot a Bojangles, we stop. With their Cajun and chicken themed menu, it's similar to Popeyes. I prefer Popeyes, to be honest. I asked the lady at the counter what came with the Supreme 12 boneless chicken piece box came with. She was so clueless, it was frustrating. We each ended up ordering a 4 piece boneless chicken supreme meal. Two things remain unanswered, why do they not just call them chicken tenders?! And, what's the difference between the supreme chicken and home style chicken? The 4 piece combo came with a side and a biscuit. The biscuit was flat and cold. I don't remember their biscuits being so flat. I couldn't even separate it, to make a chicken biscuit. As my side, I requested Cajun fries, but they didn't have any seasoning or salt on them, they were just blah. The chicken tenders were good, nothing really to write home about though. Love love love Bojangles!!!!! They have hands down the best chicken- better than Popeyes! Their biscuits are to die for- flakey and buttery and good! The food is fresh and the people are friendly. I only wish they had one of these near my house- but then I might weigh 200 pounds- so I guess I don't wish for that. When I get food here, I can't stop eating it. Even when I'm full, my hands won't stop putting chicken in my mouth. I tried to stop them, but it's a moot point. read more

Completely untrained staff. There are about 10 people on the shift and 10 people standing around doing nothing when you go in. Walked to the counter with no greeting. The guy who took our order stood and stared at us until I started to order. We saw what we thought to be our food and waited 5 minutes for them to call us up to take it after 4 workers looked inside checked the receipt and walked away. Tyson chicken nuggets are better than their chicken. The chicken sandwich was even worse. Took one bite and didn't want to swallow it. Go to Zaxby's across the street or anywhere else you can possibly go. read more

This was my second trip to the Clinton location. I hit the drive thru and picked up the 2 for $3.50 sausage egg biscuit a couple weeks ago. Off the chain good!! Horrible service. We were only ones in restaurant when we ordered and they quickly picked up with guests. As we waited for our biscuit and sausage cheese and Cajun chicken with egg sandwich about 7 minutes and we went to grab coffees and they were empty so we had the tea instead. Then the food was ready so we brought to the table and the order was completely wrong. So my husband went to the clerk and asked them to remake it since it was wrong. He said I am throwing this away since we opened already and please remake our order. We will be at the table. Then we waited about 10 Minutes and still no food So my husband went back to the clerk and asked about the food. She said oh I thought you said you were coming to register. I said no I said I wanted you to remake my food I never said I wanted my money back. She just looked around and wasn't comprehending. Then the other girl at the counter said what did you order. I said I gave the receipt to the other girl to remake the order. The girl said oh I threw receipt away. I said why would you throw away my receipt and not remake my food. It just didn't make sense. So then they went to the register to pull up the receipt copy. Finally after a few minutes they retrieved my order and made the food correct this time. The clerk who made the error was an obese younger girl. The clerk who assisted us to fixing it was a early thirties regular framed woman. I am hoping management can determine who this was so speak with her about the simple fact to take care of the customer. If in fact she did think we wanted our money back then why would she throw away the receipt that had the paid amount. Why would she not look for us to refund our money. My husband made it every clear we wanted them to remake the order since it was wrong. Horrible service by that young girl. Thankfully the food was delicious and the workers in the back were working very hard. It's just a simple person who did not pay attention when handing us the meal that it was not the correct items. Then the same person who did not pay attention to what we asked for when we said to remake our meal. So excited to try this place. My cousin said they have the best biscuits. So we decided to have lunch on our way home while visiting Tennessee. First off we didn't realize it's more of a fast food place, but decided to give it a chance. HUGE MISTAKE. They were very unprepared for a line of 8 customers. It was lunch time and they were out of many dishes and were literally scrapping the bottom of the pans on the food line to try and complete an order. My sister ordered a meal that came with coffee. Unfortunately, there was no coffee. In fact she never got it because no one made the effort to make more. The front of the house was yelling to the back for more chicken, however we didn't get our full order because they didn't have what we asked for. Also, some employee walked in not in uniform and started taking orders. I asked him did he wash his hands? He admitted he didn't and proceeded to use hand sanitizer that was next to the register. We also had to wipe down the table we sat at because all tables were dirty. Yes, the biscuits were good. But I highly doubt I'll go there again. read more

I ordered the one breast combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits and it was all cold and super super bland in taste. The gravy is made with big chunks of sausage but was bland. The cashier was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. read more

When I lived down south, I had the pleasure of enjoying some Bojangle's. I will never forget the first time I tried the BoBerry Biscuits, or the sensation of wrapping my tongue around the straw to a giant cup of sweet tea. Good Lord, what do they put in that stuff!!! I had a non southerner with me, and as we went through the drive through I could hardly contain my excitement. I told him to try the legendary BoBerry Biscuits, and the Sweet Tea. I pulled up and ordered those and a sweet potato pie and Sweet Tea for myself. By the time we had gotten to the window, the girl there probably thought I was crazy because of how giddy I was over a fast food chicken joint. I had to explain to her that we are from up north so this was a special treat for us. Once we ordered, she asked us to pull up to the waiting spot. They had been super slow all day, so they hadn't made any biscuits. She handed us our tea, and we pulled up. I waited anxiously for him to try it first. He took a sip and said, "Yeah, it's ok." WHAT?! I was like... "how could you even utter the word OK when in conjunction with Bojangle's sweet tea??? Then I tried it, and felt as if someone kicked my puppy. The girl came out and handed us the biscuits and the sweet potato pie. Then she asked us how the tea was. This surprised me, so I was honest with her. I told her I wasn't the same at all, and that I was really disappointed. She told me that they have recently switched to BoSmart Tea and they make it differently. It's supposed to be healthier. Ummm... this is a FAST FOOD CHICKEN joint!! It's not supposed to be healthy!!! She did bring me some sugar packets, but it just wasn't the same. Bojangles used to easily be a 5 star in my book because of the tea alone. After that taste it was dropped to a 3 star...then I tried the sweet potato pie. It was amazing, and enough to pull them back up a star. If I'm ever near one, I may stop for the Boberry Biscuits and the Sweet Potato Pie, but I only ever stopped because of that amazing sweet tea. Gotta drop this review down to 3 stars as they've kind of fallen off some from when they opened. Food is really inconsistent anymore. Some days it's served hot and really tasty, other days it just isn't that great. Biscuits are the biggest gamble. Some days soft, hot and fresh, other days hard as a rock and cold. Same for the rest of the food. Used to be one of my favorites, and still a pretty good place for breakfast. Maybe they will get it back together one day. read more

Regarding the food...Satisfactory meal at best. Cold and dry sides on paper plates. Fried chicken is fried chicken firnthe most part. Nothing unique offered here. This particular location was a mess on our visit. A dozen diners at best yet the trash was overflowing and the girl serving the food simply worked around spilled food on the counter from previous customers served. $32 for two adults and three young children, money that would have been better spent at a real restaurant. read more

Bojangles, in Clinton, Tn is not very good, in my opinion. Their chicken dinners are dried out. This has happened twice, recently. Their fries are over seasoned! I find them very unorganized. But, their biscuits are good. read more

This is the second Bojangles I've been to, and I was pretty disappointed this time around. The mashed potatoes are served with sausage gravy, and it's super gross. The one I went to in West Virginia wasn't like that. This location is also super religious & kinda creepy. With that said, the chicken & the biscuits were good. read more

I waited 30 minutes for food. Only to receive an order that was partially correct...and ALL cold. After finally getting all pieces and wasting nearly 45 minutes, I packed all the food in a bag and asked for a refund. They were all kind. They apologized profusely. I give them credit for that.
