I came into Bojangles today to get a egg biscuit I seen that it was very busy and the girl with the brown hair took my order and politely told me she will get to me when she can I seen that she was doing drive thru and making biscuits also the other workers as well. The manger was nowhere on duty and didn't help those poor girls. I also seen the manger yell at one of the workers In drive thru. Will not be coming back but the girl with brown hair was very nice in gave me an extra biscuit bad mangers this it's the second time I seen this manger not help or yell. Sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to come in the intercom for 10 minutes, we thought the thing was broken so we went inside to find a bunch of the younger people running the drive thru just standing around so I spoke with the manager and she yelled "y'all just leavin people at the drive thru?!" I was over it before i even had to get out the car so I just placed my order and waited...apparently bojangles doesn't serve wings anymore? She told me they only have the other pieces. Worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Seems like every other time you go there it's something. Chicken is cold, they forget to give you your biscuits or it's just plain old chicken or the fries are cold and dried out, or the biscuits aren't cooked right. I've tried to give this location chance after chance. Everyone is always so rude and slow. I stopped in Monday, September 5, Labor Day, to pick up a late breakfast for my husband and I. I get to the speaker and order my food, which is fine. But I get to the window and the girl gives me my drinks and then asked me to pull forward, which is no problem. I sit there for about 15 minutes waiting on 2 chicken biscuits and a gravy biscuit. Finally a young man walked out and gives me part of my order and I tell him I'm missing a gravy biscuit. He says OK and proceeds to go back inside and get the items. Meanwhile I'm checking my order, because this location is known to get orders wrong. One of my biscuits was just supposed to be a Cajun filet with tomatoes, instead it was a Cajun filet with mayonnaise. No tomato to be seen. I sit there another five minutes waiting on him to come back with the gravy biscuit so I can tell him about the chicken biscuit, he never comes back. An older lady who looked to be on break came outside and asked if she could help me. I just told her one of my biscuits was wrong and I was waiting on another item. She goes in and is back within a matter of 30 seconds. She tells me that there's nothing but teenagers working inside and that they were all hanging out talking and on their phones. I'm livid. You guys want $15 an hour but can't manage to do $8 an hour work. I only come to this one because the other location closer to home has a 92 sanitation grade. Get it together Bojangles. read more

Was given the wrong food. Drove home only to find that out. Called and was told I had to bring my food and receipt all the way back and they would fix it. Not only is this the worst Bojangles in the area the workers are rude and arrogant. Kevin was the kid manager working when we tried to get a refund for cold and dry food and he said his "code" wouldn't work and that we would have to come back tomorrow. When this Bojangles first opened it really was a disappointment but things have changed a lot as far as the quality of food. The drive-through is very slow at times actually most of the time but the food I have gotten over the last few months has been consistently really good. I paid for my food at drive thru and then they tell me they are out of green beans. So they asked if I wanted a different side and I said no. Well she tells me to pull up and they would bring my order out, so I asked for a refund on green beans since I would be getting them and then she tells me they would make it and it would take about 5 minutes, since i had to wait on my borounds that take 4 and half minutes I said okay. Well this was at 5:02 so at 5:12 I deside to walk in and see what's going on with my order and I had to stand there for 10 more minutes while the workers are just standing around goofing off about how they forgot to give another drive thru orders drink and the girl said oh well. And the manager was just standing there looking of to space not doing anything! If I would have known it would take 20 minutes for some green beans I would have just got my money back even though they seem to not want to do that. This is the second time I've had to write a bad review, they really need better managers in there!!! read more

This is the worst Bojangles ever! Me and my husband went for dinner last night around 6:30. We ordered 2 chicken supreme combos...one bo sized with sweet tea and bo rounds. The other with fries and a diet Mt dew. And we ordered 2 bo berry biscuits. They said it would take 3 mins on the bo rounds and asked us to pull up...10 or 15 mins later the rudest woman comes to our car window and without saying a word hands us the food. We get home to find there are no biscuits in our supreme combo meals. After waiting that long for bo rounds...you would think they would have had time to throw in the biscuits...right?
