I went inside the store. There was a long line and only one cashier. He seemed to be friends with the people in line and was not even taking their order the whole time. Not the time or place with a line 4 people deep. I tried to go through the drive through and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes with no one else in line. When I pulled up to the window. I asked 3 times for the guy at the window if I could order. He pointed to the guy at the front counter and walked away. The guy at the front counter, never came to the window, instead one of the friends inside the store called the store phone and he was talking to him on the phone while pointing and looking at him in the store. I have been here several times with similar experiences. At this point, I am hoping this place closes and they open a new fast food place. read more

Was sitting at the window for 10 minutes after I paid. Not bad considering some people wait 15+ and off to the side. Then i had 2 different people ask 2 different times what my order was. Then a third person comes and tries to make me pay for the person behind me. I assume they think i've already gotten my food. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional staff. Worst Zaxbys location I have ever been to. Ordered the new Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Quesadillas in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes on them.. went inside after getting my order without sauces I paid for and the employees were all messing around, using vulgar language and 2 of them were acting like they were boxing. I got home ready to eat my food and realized the tortilla bread was overcooked, half of the quesadillas had nothing in them (2), and the other half only had hard, overcooked chicken. They were missing the cheese, bacon, and ranch. I will not come back to this location ever again. They're less than 3 miles from me. The last time I ordered, almost over a year ago, the experience was again less desirable. I ordered through DoorDash. The order was incomplete. A list of items that I ordered and paid for was not included in my delivery. I guess they'll never be able to get it right. I have given this Zaxby's so many opportunities. No other Zaxby's in America is as bad as this one. There is no reason it should take 45 min to get your food from this "fast food" restaurant...and there were only 2 people in the dining room. 3 people that had ordered from the drive thru, walked in at 3 separate times during my 45 minute wait, complaining about getting the wrong order and the wait. I watched as people in the kitchen area goofed around and had no sense of urgency. I watched the girl taking the food out to the cars in the drive thru (the ones that were told to pull up and wait), roll her eyes and looked disgusted to even be working there. I'm surprised to see such low reviews. My daughter loves zaxbys. I can honestly say it's picky kid approved. My niece enjoyed the Texas toast, my son loved his sweet Chilli wings. I've given this location so many chances, mostly because it's close to home and my son loves wings. It's always bad. The orders are frequently wrong or missing something, the food tastes old like it's been there for at least a day or two, no sauces, etc. Problems with today's order: chicken tenders were tiny, dried out, hard. My son's wings had no sauce at all, didn't get the large order of fries, no caramel sauce for the funnel cake, drinks taste like the bags needed to be changed out. I just got home after working 13 hours. I don't want to have to go back out and pick up the missing/corrected food. I won't be back to this location for a long time. Also, "curbside pickup" isn't curbside. You still have to get out of the car and go in to get it. read more
