Location is right off 74, maybe a 1/4 mile from the Whiteville exit. Easy to get to. Note, you will have to do a u-turn if coming in from eastbound on 74. Drive thru is efficient. The inside was clean when I was there. Restrooms were clean. Note, I was only able to review the mens since they refused to let me go into the women's. Service was okay. Typical teenagers running the place. I liked that they take Apple Pay. Plus for me, though I would have liked to option for bartering. I have a goat that I can't get rid of, and I know it is worth at least a bucket of chicken. Food quality was on-par with other Bojangles. Decent stuff, though I really shouldn't be eating all of those carbs. read more

I'm a creature of habit so I usually visit this bojangles once or twice a week. The food is always spot on, always fresh and never old. I get the roasted chicken bites combo with fries and dirty rice, cant go wrong with this combo! The only reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need someone to attend and clean the dining room. It usually is messy from previous customers who have ate. They usually have christian music playing on the radio as well, which is a plus to me! read more

My favorite Bojangles. I drive from shallotte to Whiteville just to eat Bojangles! Chickens is always fresh, biscuits are always soft. Staff always respectful. A very satisfying place to eat. They are always packed, but I've never waited more then 5 mins for my food and that's great compared to most food places. This location will always have my family and mines business ! read more

Stopped by 11-22-21 @7:09 AM to get a steak biscuit. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the steak was paper thin. Tasted like something left over from the day before. I had breakfast here on February 28, 2017 and loved the BoBerry biscuit I choose for my breakfast sandwich meal that also included Bo-Tato Rounds Hash Browns and OJ! I would have been fine just ordering 2-3 biscuits they were that d-lish. I'll be sure to do that on my next visit. read more

We LOVE Bojangle's and get it probably a couple of times a month or so. The food, 99% of the time, DELICIOUS! HOWEVER, we pulled into the drive through on August 31, 2013 and sat in line FOR ELEVEN MINUTES, not moving, AT ALL. The line, literally, was frozen. We sat, and sat and sat. We sat some more, then more, and then, even more! After about 11 minutes or so, a couple of cars gave up and just pulled out of the drive through line and left! Another 5 minutes passed (NO exaggeration) and FINALLY the line moved. Then, it froze AGAIN. We sat, again, briefly. When we FINALLY got to the window to get our food, approximately 15 minutes after waiting in line that entire time, my husband asked what had happened to stall the line. Two words: Shift change! To be clear, this was Bojangle's in Whiteville, NC, on Powell Boulevard. They need to address this issue. I have waited in drive though lines before, for a long time. We ALL have, at some point or another, but I can honestly say this, THIS was a FIRST of sitting there a total of 15 minutes - until we got the window. It took 15 minutes from the second we stopped to wait in the line, until we got to the window! Absurd. And YES, I will be writing corporate about this. Absolutely!! To be fair, the food was delicious! Hot and very good. The lady at the window was super nice and apologized profusely. I had no problem with her at all. Bless her heart - she is just trying to do her job. BUT, this "shift change" business, needs to be looked at. You WILL and did, loose business that day, Bojangle's and my husband and I, will DAMN sure never go back to that location again! EVER! read more

If you love chicken this is the place, the breakfast is terrific, love the specials ,if your on the way to the beach stop in for snacks and clean restrooms , and if the is a problem there a lady manager who would love to talk with you and make it right. The chicken is terrific , Easy off and on on the way to going are coming from the beach, Love this place and it is convenient in and out. So stop in and say hello from a former customer, they will give you a home town greeting. read more

I don't do Bojangles often, but it seemed okay. Clean bathrooms, typical food selection for this chain. I liked being able to choose something besides french fries with my sandwich. While the green beans and mashed potatoes were saltier than I usually like, it was fast, and it was food. read more

This has been my go to for breakfast for the last few days. Keisha is great! She was so gracious and has a beautiful smile. They have to get there very early in the morning to get things going. Teonika was working hard and extremely efficient and very sweet. Regina has an incredible personality,as well. I have a beautiful piece of chicken! Robert chose a really nice piece for me. Angela really takes on a responsibility. She works every shift,she is supportive of her coworkers,and helpful to the customers. They are lucky to have Tony work their drive through; he does a great job relaying the customer orders. Crispy hot fries,too! Whiteville is very fortunate to have such a great place with fantastic spicy chicken and a extremely welcoming staff. They always remember who we are and others, who love to eat breakfast here. You can get a very healthy meal here. I always order the grilled chicken breast; you can order it anytime. I really like their crispy fries they are light and not greasy,at all. This is my go to breakfast spot whenever I coming through town! read more

I went this morning because I knew I'd be too busy to cook. What a freaking mistake! The lobby was filthy and the staff was "meh". I ordered a country ham biscuit and a sweet tea. The country ham biscuit was greasy as heck and the ham looked like it was cured in 1811....when the town was founded. The sweet tea was about as bland as water and should NOT be considered "sweet"....or "tea" for that matter! Not only was the biscuit greasy but so were the chairs and table. I wish I could give a half star....or maybe even a 1/4 of a star! read more

Ate here a few months ago. The food was amazing, but the service could use a little work. Staff was really nice, but seemed unorganized. I don't know if staff is just overwhelmed or if their workflow needs streamlining, but I think management should look into getting this location working like a well-oiled machine. That said, I'd never had Bojangles before in my life. Now I'm a fan! read more

I've never seen a Bojangles so unorganized wow drug test maybe we the three of us working out of town have to keep a schedule had to wait ten minutes in line what a shame told the guy after us who wanted a tailgate they weren't sure they could do that because not enough chicken they had well over 40 pcs of chicken lol... anyways we finally get our meals and two of the three fries were cold the sandwiches were cold and biscuits were old they did not care to do their jobs the manager was the only one who seemed to care about his job. We will avoid this Bojangles at all cost the worst one ever and we travel a lot close this one down. read more

The lobby area was a mess, they were out of lids and sweet tea, the cashier was basically asleep, and everyone else was moving very lethargically. Not a good experience. And the chicken supremes were burned to the point that they were inedible. If you're considering stopping here, save yourself the trouble and keep on driving. read more
