Outstanding Service and Fresh Food! I stopped by Bojangles this morning while traveling on the road, and everything about my visit was amazing from start to finish! I originally ordered a steak biscuit but forgot to add egg and cheese. The manager, Crystal, went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted -- she made sure I didn't have any trouble getting my egg and cheese added, and it was delicious! We also ordered hot gravy biscuit steaks and fresh sweet potato pies -- they were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The drinks were nice and fizzy, not flat, and the coffee was hot and fresh (somebody's coffee was even smoking it was so hot -- just how it should be!). The restaurant was clean, bright, and cheerful, and the cashiers were courteous and friendly. Service was quick -- I didn't have to wait long at all. The manager on the other hand, hold crap I could hear her yelling at her employees from the drive thru, when I asked the sweet lady at the drive thru what her name was she said Chanel like the perfume. The long wait was whatever, but the rude lady at the pickup counter is so unnecessary. Placed an online order, went in to pick it up after the app said it was ready. Waited 10 minutes, watched 2 in store customers order & pickup before finally receiving mine (confirmed by telling them my name) ONLY for the lady behind the counter to tell me that I can't open my bag to check that it was right. She kept insisting that I was picking up for door dash after multiple reassurances that I wasn't. Finally, she came around the counter only to tell me that "I wasn't listening" before I finally had to put my phone up to her face and show her that I made the purchase in the Bojangles app. Her condescending tone to me, and the kid who packed my order and kept offering sympathetic glances named Trey, is the only reason for this review. This place needs to shutdown and reorganize! It's freaking pitiful to make customers wait 40 minutes for food in drive thru and walk in. It's like they take your order and you pay then you are held captive until they get around to you. No communication explaining the wait time or the crap they slop together for you. My family went to Bojangles about 12:50 on 10/15/23. My father ordered a ham biscuit combo with extra ham since they only ever put 1 thin slice. He received 2 pieces . . . the size of his thumb that were half fat, and even when both were spread out they didn't cover the biscuit. My mother and sister had no problem with their meals. I placed a mobile order for a sausage and egg biscuit combo (because the app doesn't show the breaded chicken sandwich), and used a coupon on the app to get a free 6-pack of Boberry biscuits at 12:54. 20 minutes later, after they serve a dozen other people, I mentioned my meal and was told they would get it to me. I told them I could take the combo and get the Boberry biscuits after eating if that is what they were waiting on and was ignored. I then waited for another 25 minutes as they served other people biscuit combos and Boberry biscuits. My mother finally walked up to the counter and tried to get their attention, only to be ignored. When she finally got the manager's attention and demanded my meal with fresh Boberry biscuits rather than the 4 that had remained there from the last batch, she was told that they only made small batches as 4 fresh ones came out. 10 minute later they still had not even given me my meal, cold biscuits, or even a drink cup. A full pan of Boberry biscuits came out at that time that they began serving to other people while looking at my mother. Finally after an hour waiting on my meal, my mother demanded a refund and we left while the staff smirked at us. They could simply block app coupons at their location instead of giving a hungry customer the eun around for an hour just to amuse themselves. read more

After waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a two piece chicken dinner, the teenage girl at the window handed me my food then walked off. I said "excuse me" to get her attention because I was needing my drink. She turned around and came to the window. She was rude, insulting and very disrespectful. One of her rude comments was telling me I need to go get my hair done. I have never been attacked and spoken to in that manner at any restaurant. You can tell she loves her job by the lousy attitude. Stopped by the other day at the request of my niece and you know nieces always get what they want. The service was fast and the employees were nice. Best of all, they have a good health score which is a rare thing to find in Jefferson theses days. Our food was also good and not to badly priced either. Anywho a friend and I were trying to pull off a very last minute roadtrip to Raleigh to see NIN, and when we got up to Jefferson it became apparent we would never make it on him, so we indulged dinner at the Jangle. While it didnt soften the blow of not seing Trent. it did fill the tummy, and make it worth the trip. My husband and I visit this location at least 2 times a week and some times more if we get unexpected guest to show up that we have to feed, at each visit we spend no less than $30.00 dollars and some times more depending on how many we have to feed. On Wednesday 10/09/13 we had unexpected guest to show up, so my husband stopped in at Bo jangles to get some chicken and sides to feed them, however when he got home over half of our order was missing, this left us scrambling to find other food to feed our guest. So we called back to the restaurant and talked to the mgr. on duty Miss. Lakeyshia, and said if my husband would come back then she would fix it, but the reason my husband stops on his way home from work is because we live a long way from any Bo jangles so he get off at the Jefferson exit closest to our exit and gets our food; So Miss. Lakeyshia said " if he would stop by on his way home tomorrow she would replace the whole meal and the items that were paid for extra because of the mess up, she also said she would not be there but she would tell her co-mgr. Miss. Melissa S. Hite what she promised and what happened and she would take care of us" !!!!!!! However when my husband got there on Thursday night 10/10/13 Miss. Melissa said, "she had no clue what he was talking about and because she wasn't there she couldn't help him". So my husband told her just to replace the items left out of our meal the night before, and again she refused. My husband called me and I spoke to her also and told her what had happened and what Miss. Lakeyshia said , and she said she would not help us because my husband was loud with other customers in the store. Well facts are my husband is deaf and can't tell how loud he is, but his loudness wasn't a problem when they took his order and messed up, and his voice wasn't to loud when they took his money!!!!!!!!!! Anyway this was not getting him anywhere, so he my husband called the cops to get Miss. Melissa to either give him his money back or the food that was missing. She called me back at home to say she was going to band my husband from the store because he called the cops on her, so I ask for the supervisor of the area to call me back and he did and said he would call the store and fix it, but I don't know why it was not fixed because my husband still got band from the restaurant and he still didn't get his money or food back. Now if we robbed this store we would get locked up and the whole world would know, so this is why I am writing this because BO JANGLES robbed us, they took our money and didn't give us what we had ordered, and then they band us from the restaurant, and defamed my husband's name by giving him a criminal trespass notice on his record, and they robbed us, this is not right and the whole world should know, just image how many customers they took money from and then didn't give them their money back or give them their food they ordered, any way you look at it we and they GOT ROBBED BY BO JANGLES.
