New location on highway 8. Usually Bojangles has everything on order ready, but I had to wait for a wrap (I ordered breakfast and lunch at the same time). I wish they had told me that I would have to wait when I ordered it. Considering I was late to work because of having to wait but next time I know to leave an additional ten minutes earlier since this Bojangles apparently doesn't keep supremes ready to be ordered. I really think they didn't know how to make the wraps though. But I did appreciate the fact that my food was too hot to eat and was still got when I got to work to eat it. read more

Terrible experience. I know bojangles isn't fine dining but I expected more than a tiny piece of fried cardboard. I think this might've been the worst chicken I've ever had, not to mention I paid almost $10 for 3 pieces of chicken that weren't any bigger than a fry. This was our first time at Bojangles and it was a sad experience. We were so excited watching YouTube videos about how great it tastes and how the biscuits were fresh and the food was fresh. It couldn't be farther for the truth. I got the chicken sandwich and in all the pictures it seemed like a hefty piece. Mine barely filled the bun size. We should've left when they took ten minutes to take our order and us being the only guest in the restaurant but we were hungry and excited. I still can't believe how dry my chicken sandwich was and how little it was. The family and myself were heading to the store this morning, and we decided we wanted to grab a bite to eat before we went shopping. Upon entering the restaurant, I discovered where the people who work at the DMV office work at during the weekends. To say that the workers were pleasant to deal with would not be the truth. The speed of service was actually pretty quick though, so at least there was a bright spot today! But, after getting my food I was completely amazed......They must have a magician working in the kitchen, because when he made my Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuit, he made it in a manner where not 1 time, could I enjoy getting to taste all 3 items at the same time. It amazed me that only 3 items, and they never overlapped each other in the biscuit. Then I get to my fries. I am going to assume that the culinary geniuses of the kitchen went to all of the local truck stops for their old grease and that is what they used for the fries and Bo-rounds. The highlight of my dinner and a show, was the argument that ensued the entire time we were in there eating, with the staff yelling at each other. Waited over 30 minutes for our food, only to still not have everything we ordered, I highly recommend that you don't come here.

To me, "Bojos" is my go to breakfast spot all day which is to say I don't think of "Bojos" when it comes to dinner time and I see why......last night I almost left there with some hardened Bo'berry biscuits that still got it self put in a box and still distributed to me after ordering fresh and waiting 5mins....the sides were fresh, the wings could've been more fresher and hotter, needless to say which is the only reason I went to Bojangles was to try the wings after watching a foodie influencer talk about them on social media. As to waiting on food, I was lurking around Yelp and its reviews on spots. I've learned it pays to search for a grade then to just head to a restaurant. These restaurants around here in Davidson Cty ain't hittin on too much of nothing but it's what we dealt with for now; so finally after 5mins of wait, reading a few reviews on this location, I read one that reminded me to check food before leaving and in this sense it's been other times I used this location for dinner and ordered food and that I should've checked before riding off and didn't....i waited 5 mins for fresh rice and fresh Bo'berries and got fresh rice and hard@ss boberries; the boy that was working the window wore his hat so low covering his eyes he couldn't see probably a damn thing and looked spacey; i stared to say more but kept koo and drove back to the window and gave them bo'berry biscuits back after checking them and having them check them. His colleagues were in disbelief that he still managed to hand me stale unfresh biscuits after waiting clearly 5mins of fresh ones and even those seemed to be still hard around the edges and I don't like biscuits hard around the edges. Maybe he trying to play because from the beginning when I stated my order I had to repeat it 3-4 times, 3 cars were already pulled and waiting on order. So all this is to say service is iffy on nights, check yelp for Grades and Reviews, check ya orders before leaving. I already knew to check the biscuits but check the entire order. I've used this location several times since it's the only one close to where I'm located. The food is usually fresh and hot except for the fries. EVERY time I order at the drive-thru my order is incorrect. Luckily I caught it the first time recently when I stopped by after a long break from fast food. I didn't receive what I ordered. So I went back around to the drive thru and they wanted me to wait for the 3 or 4 cars ahead which I said no my order will get cold. After the guy loudly sighed the other one that waited on me brought my side order out to me. The next "3" times my order was incorrect again. Missing my extra side order and straw or utensils. Tonight I thought I could make it fool proof and simply ordered "2" 3 pce supremes with one side of pintos the other with dirty rice. Dummy me didn't check and live further out of town and discovered I was given cold fries in both orders after i got home. SMH! How hard is it to get it right??? The receipt plainly showed my correct order. Frustrating to say the least so my advice is to be sure to check ur order BEFORE u leave the pick up window. Also will mention the young girl always came across as impatient or annoyed when I let them know my order was fulfilled incorrectly. You just can't make this up. I had to put it down in a review. Stopped by here to pick up some supper. Line was long but could taste the chicken in my mouth. After placing my order for a two piece dark box with mashed potatoes and waiting TWENTY-THREE minutes in the drive thru, got to the window and the lady said the ONLY piece of chicken we have to serve now is a breast. SERVING UP ROADKILL!!BEWARE OF EATING HERE!! Today I visited this locations drive thru and an employee who appeared to be a manager dropped my food out the drive thru window. As I politely waited for them to make me another meal that same employee came outside to pick up THE MEAL THAT LANDED ON THE GROUND. I politely tried to back up so he could fit between my vehicle and the building and he raised his voice to me because I must've backed over the bag of food. This was the first time we ever went to Bojangles, being as we are from Michigan, and we don't have this franchise up north. We purchased a Super Tail Gate for $33.26. And then we waited 10 minutes for them to cook it, which isn't an issue. Who doesn't like fresh food? But when we got home, we discovered that they had forgot the dirty rice. So we called and spoke to the lady who was the manager and asked about it, and she said we could come back and get it. We were both settling in at home from working all day and seeing as we live in the county, 15 minutes away, my husband asked if we could get a coleslaw for the hassle of the additional 30 minute drive for something we should have originally received. At which the manager replied that they couldn't give out free food. And then she stated that she wasn't involved in the packing of our order, maybe to back up not giving us coleslaw for the trouble? Which not giving us free food is fine, because if that's your policy I understand. But the shifting the blame as management is a BIG no no with me. As a leader, you should be aware of what's happening on your shift, and own responsibility for your crew's mistakes. This has left such a "dirty" taste in my mouth. Needless to say we will not be returning to Bojangles, especially with a KFC across the road, which we are familiar with. Great way to lose a new customer with poor management skills.
