They claim they are short staffed so if that's the case they're not to blame. But Bojangles is to blame. I love Bonangies so I'm still giving it three stars but I hate paying for an extra sauce and not getting it. Swear it happens everytime, almost thinking that the staff doesn't want you to be happy and intentionally withholds sauce or something. I'm new in SC from California and every time I've gone they have for my order wrong and my first time there I ordered a large coleslaw and large dirty rice and they charged me for the dirty rice but gave me small sand when I asked were the items their large the girl told me yes to find out that was not the that she had actually given me small dirty rice and coleslaw but charged me for the large I will never go to that establishment again I would rather drive another ten mile to another. The workers all but a few seem to not want to be there and when I would return to have my order corrected it's seems that they did not want to help especially one of the gentleman that works there no smile, no greeting just annoyed looks. Rude service in the drive thru. I ordered a six pack of Bo berry Biscuits and a 2 for $5 steak biscuit and a large drink. The lady at the window thought I said large gritz instead of a large drink so we had to ask for her to repeat the order to make sure it was right and she didn't even give us a receipt. We then had to pull up after we got our drink then 7 cars within 15-20 minutes of us waiting already got their food. Then after the 20 minutes of us waiting we got our food that the lady claimed they all just came up so they are hot. The receipt was stapled to the bag then she walked away. If you want what you ordered don't come here. I can understand getting sauce wrong or maybe making a mistake between diet or regular... but for everything on my order to be wrong is ridiculous. I ordered a simple home style chicken combo with a Pepsi and fries with an order of family fries as well and ketchup for my sauce. At first they "forgot" the family fries and I had to repurchase them. Then as I pulled away and took a sip of my drink it was sweet tea, not even close. The fries for my combo only had about 7 fries. And the chicken was spicy which I cannot eat due to ulcers. Not even the sauce was correct. This isn't the first time they've messed up. In the past I've ordered Mac n cheese and received fries. Decided to drive through for a meal to feed the family one evening this week. Ordered the 8 piece tailgate special. The lady at the drive-through asked me if I would like to try the dark meat special that was less expensive. She voluntarily suggested a way for me to save money ... so she's made a customer for life ! Once we arrived at the window, we were told that they were short on thighs. They were more than willing to sub with a breast, which is technically more expensive. Another thumbs up ! The icing on the cake was when I joked around about having a bum shoulder - after paying with my right arm - she asked me to pull up so she could bring the food out to me. This wasn't because it wasn't ready ... this was simply so I wouldn't have to take the big box with my bum arm. A cheerful guy brought it out. I was really touched that they cared enough to do this on their own - and obviously with a joyful spirit ! And the food ... the whole point of the visit ... the food was great. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. My daughter even commented that her mashed potatoes were the 'best ever'. I have a Bojangles much closer to my home, but I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again ! read more

I ordered 5 combos in the drive thru. When I got to window, she only gave me 3 drinks and 4 boxes, missing 2 drinks and 1 food box. She seemed very confused, not the type of person I would want running the drive thru. This is a new location so maybe she is still learning. The food was good despite the confusion. read more

In the past I have received poor service and stopped going to this Bojangles for the past 6 months. Today, I decided to give them another try. First they didn't have 6 wings to fill my order, so I waited the 2 minutes to get the complete order, then they brought out only the chicken wings, not the coleslaw I ordered or the fries. Then when I got home with my order only to discover they had not given me the biscuits that came with the wings. This was there last opportunity to prove poor service was just a fluke in the past. In the future I will bypass this Bojangles to go to the one that is about 3 miles past it. read more
