I ordered ONE cheesesteak combo at 9:34 PM. This place is 5 minutes away. And yet, my estimated delivery was 10:37 PM. Over an hour for one sandwich?? Be serious. It gets worse. First driver? Cancelled. Second driver? Cancelled. Now I'm on my THIRD DRIVER -- all for a single sandwich. Even UberEats drivers don't want to deal with this mess. I tried calling the restaurant directly -- surprise! The number is "out of line." According to Google, they're open from 11 AM to 6 AM... but good luck reaching anyone or getting actual service. Then, at 10:40 PM -- over an hour after I ordered -- the UberEats driver tells me the store actually canceled my order because they were "closed." Closed? It's literally still supposed to be open. So yeah, no food, just a whole lot of confusion and zero respect for customers. At the end, I had to cancel because I wasn't about to wait forever for what should've been a quick, simple order. This isn't just bad, it's embarrassing. Don't list yourself under "Under 30" if you can't even deliver in under an hour. Don't accept delivery orders if you clearly can't handle them.
