This company is one of the poorest excuses for a roofing company. They came out to do a roofing…read morejob for a 99-year-old woman and her 101-year-old husband. Ivy Roofing came out to fill holes around the chimney that was left by a previous roofer. Numerous request for Ivey Roofing to return to finish the job went unanswered. A bill was never sent. The most recent call told us that they were going to fix the holes and they didn't have a bill as yet. Rain continued to fall. In the meantime, water poured into the house around the chimney. We were afraid mold or water damage would cause expensive problems. We hired another roofer who came out, found a hole the size of a thumb and caulked it. No water today. We requested that Ivey send the bill with a reduction in cost for the work the new roofer had to fix. They still said they were waiting and would return to do the job even though we told them to forget it and just send the bill. Do not go to this roofer. Try a construction company first.
