This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.

I found this salon while searching online near Tyler, TX and surrounding towns. It is very easy to find, located near the Tyler Mall and is next to shopping centers. There was ample parking close to the business. I was greeted immediately when I came through the door by my stylist, Alex. She was finishing up her current client and asked me if I wanted a water or soda while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. They have soft comfortable chairs and couches and reading material on the waiting tables. They also had this cute self love card that had little comments such as "you are loved", "you are beautiful", etc which I thought was a nice touch. Their single bathroom is clean and bright with cute decorations. The decor in the styling area was modern abstract with crazy cool triangle mirrors. While the decor and ambiance of a business is great and all, it is also great that the place was clean. The floors were very clean and all the stylists there were sure to clean up and sanitize as well. Alex was very nice and social, she knew exactly what she was doing and I felt confident in her styling. She was also always asking me if I was comfortable or needed anything which was wonderful. I am not a big talker when getting my hair done since I always get super sleepy when someone is messing with my hair LOL. I had biolage done and a trim which took about 2.5 hours. Very happy with the coloring and trim. One of my favorite things about this salon was the rinsing sinks and the neck support. It was so nice to have a proper neck support that did not make my neck hurt bad afterwards. Definitely going back!!!
