We made numerous attempts to contact KMC in hopes they would finish the work, but they were unable to complete it. Their plumber refused to return to the site, the electrician indicated that they were waiting on KMC to finish their part and had not been on the site for more than 3 months, and the sprinkler contractor couldn't complete their work due to KMC's inability to finish their scope. While Kyle M may attempt to deceive the public with his arguments, I believe the photo of the incomplete and poorly executed work will speak for the issue. I invite you to review the image and make your own judgment about whether KMC should be trusted for any future projects. After numerous attempts to reach out to KMC regarding ongoing issues with the project, we were ultimately forced to hire a new contractor to review the work completed. Following a thorough assessment, the new contractor determined that the plumbing, among other tasks assigned to KMC, was completed inaccurately. These issues have significantly impacted the project's progress. Due to KMC's failure to meet the required standards, we were compelled to pay for the entire project once again in order to address these deficiencies. He was hired to build a retaining wall for us. We bought materials, APPROVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION BY GENE. While bringing crushed stone to the backyard, the vibration of the bobcat made the original wall COLLAPSE! We were at least 4 feet from the main wall, literally just putting the stone in the back yard for HIM to finish filling the wall HE was supposed to do. He had the balls to ask what we did?!?! Are you kidding me?? WE did nothing. OUR WALLS, that were built the correct way stayed perfectly fine. Gene didn't use the geogrid he said he was going to use every 2 rows to distribute the weight of the crushed stone and he used INTERIOR CAULKING that isnt to be used where it will get below 50 degrees! We live in new england! He was supid enough to bury the used tubes of caulking in the crushed stone. Oh did I mention that his "worker" was also telling me about his new wife, who was my childhood best friend, and how Gene had showed him the dirty videos she had sent him. He was telling me how Gene had showed them all to him. Classy guy... I didn't bother telling her. We ended up building our own wall, the correct way, and haven't had a single issue with it. We needed several things fixed that were not done right originally and got major pushback which was a big hassle and stressful to deal with. One of his employees came by to fix an item while I was not home and he yelled at my family and cursed at them. They did nothing like that when I was around as they knew better. I dont take that stuff and I'm a big dude that nobody insults. Had I been home I can guarantee he would not of cursed at my family period. I definitely don't take abusing my family verbally lightly. But this shows you the true character of this guy and his staff. Search elsewhere unless you want problems and lies
