I hired Beroli Contruction a couple of years ago and was satisfied with their work. I contacted them again in May of 2025 to replace the front door and do some other work. It is taking an extremely long time for them to respond to my inquiries. I left a deposit on July 31 to start the work and they still have not ordered the door. I understand they had to wait to get a permit from the town before they could order it, but there still seems to be problems. I am surprised by other reviews saying they respond promptly. It can take a week or two for them to respond to an email. I feel they do good work, but their timeliness is below 3 stars. read more

Beroli Construction replaced two large front windows, performed external trim, siding and roof repair as well as fixed a roof rafter that had cracked in a winter storm. They did a great job and I was particularly impressed with the window replacements. They were very responsive to any questions that I had and the site managers were always communicating directly with us on the progress of the project. Our experience working with Beroli Construction on a bathroom update (new shower/tub/tile/fixtures plus new medicine cabinet, towel racks, trim and painting throughout was very positive. First and foremost, the work done was of high quality, it looks fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results! We had a pretty big electrical job that involves two units in Watertown, including upgrading our electrical panels. Beroli Construction gave really great consultation throughout the entire process that was clear and transparent. The workers were always polite and sensitive to our schedules. Their customer service especially stood out, as did the quality of the work. This isn't a company who will try to take the easy way out but will spend the time needed in the details of the work to get it done the right way. Our deck was not in great shape. Every year you had to repaint or stain. The railing spindles were wood and had aged too much. The staircase was much too narrow for our 3 dogs who would want to exit to the back yard. We needed help. I did some research on the web for contractors who have experience building decks. Spoke to 6. I liked the owner Misael. He seemed genuine. Honest. Trustworthy. He brought forth a couple of ideas I had not considered. He came back several times to take measurements, confirm details, etc. I was interested in a few upgrades and changes. His pricing was fair and reasonable. So, I signed a contract. Today his crew was 99% done. There's a very short punch list and the job will be done. Bottom line: would I hire them again? Absolutely. They will be my first and only call. When you hire a crew....you want them to show up, know their craft, and deliver against what they said they would do. You want someone with attention to detail, and who communicates when there are timing issues or delays. We had a new front door and frame installed, and luckily the team discovered some legacy water damage around the frame and were able to address it before we ran into serious problems down the road. We had a great experience with Beroli Construction for a difficult repair job. We found out during an inspection that our 7 year old deck had not been constructed well when the house was built: the support pillars were getting slanted, one of the beams was not pressure treated wood, and some reinforcements were missing. We requested quotes from several companies for the repair. One wouldn't do it and suggested we replace the deck. Another reluctantly gave us a $15k+ estimate. Only Misael from Beroli told us that repairing was definitely feasible, giving us a clear plan and pointing out additional points to be taken care of, with a very reasonable quote slightly above $5k. We felt confident we were in good hands, and his crew took care of the job with great attention to details. We were happy with the final results and will definitely consider Beroli Construction for future projects around the house. read more

From the estimate process to the final invoice I don't believe there is another construction/contractor team that would do a better job. Misael was super attentive with what I wanted done, delivered an exceptional estimate, worked with me on changes and upgrades and Herika kept me up-to-date with everything as we waited for the project to start. During the project, everyone on the team was respectful, helpful, and kind. Misael followed up with me on site as we made progress on everything. When there were things I found that were not as I imagined, Misael had them tweaked, or replaced immediately. I can't say enough great things about Beroli. I had a project that I had wanted done for at least 15 years so my expectations were extremely high. They came out and listened to everything I wanted and knew how to do it unlike other companies. They were on time everyday. Took precautions not to make a mess and cleaned up everyday after themselves. The carpentry work was beyond my expectations. And the painters were so precise and fixed things I didn't even ask for. Misael was easily the highlight of the project, had him and two other companies come out a quote a way to fix my deck which had a flat walking surface and a storage area underneath. The flooring had developed a hole that thanks in part from water pooling and rotting the pressure treated wood was forcing us to finally do something about our deck. I had originally wanted to keep the storage area underneath and wanted to see what his suggestion was. He instead said that what I wanted to do wasn't a very good idea and would create some issues down the road. He did suggest demoing the old deck and shed and just building a new one. At first, I wasn't that open to the idea, but with the price that he gave us, compared to what another company was suggesting to keep the storage it was a no brainer to go with Misael and Beroli. We were able to get composite decking which requires much less maintenance from Beroli for about the same price as pressure-treated wood decking from another company that would have cost us more in the long run with stains and maintenance. Due to COVID we were expecting the project to start in September, but the materials were available in early August and the deck project was completed in less than a week and the results are amazing. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how the deck came out. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star review is the electrical work that was associated with the project was less than pleasant. Our previous electrical setup was one outside outlet, one outside light in the storage area under the old deck, and a pool pump timer. Misael during the initial quote said that they would be able to do the electrical and when I got the original quote I assumed that the electrical was included in it. I found out that it wasn't, Misael apologized for that, which I appreciated that he took responsibility for that mix-up and set up their electrician to come out and quote the electrical work that needed to be done to match what was there before. As part of the deck work, the existing electrical wiring needed to disconnected and removed, which meant that our pool pump wouldn't be able to run for about a week, which I fully understood. The deck work started on a Thursday and finished on the following Wednesday. The electrician should have been able to start the work on that Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, so the entire project would be done at the same time. However it was not done during that time and we were initially told that it would be done by that Friday at the latest, that became Saturday. The electrician came out on Saturday, walked around my property and disconnected a few things before leaving for the rest of the day because of the threat of rain and the risks associated with it, this was Saturday, August 15, it was an overcast day, but it didn't rain all. Beroli understood my frustration in still not having the electrical work done so they ensured me that it would be done on Sunday the 16th. The electrician came on Sunday, a day that it did in fact rain, almost the entire time that he was there for. During the electrical quote, the electrician mentioned that my pool pump wasn't grounded and that that would be something that he would be able to do by simply digging up the area around the pump and finding the grounding wire that is used for the pool. When the electrician completed his work, this was not done and ended up being something that made the inspector fail the electrical work. I was able to take care of this on my own and the project was completed and passed all inspections. I would 100% recommend Beroli and Misael's team again for any decking project you might have, they were informative, priced excellently, responsive to all my questions and concerns, and prompt. We would like to put a deck around our pool one day and will 100% be calling them for a quote. I would however not recommend them for electrical work so long as they use that electrician. read more
