I just moved to Vernon and on my first walk down 30th I spotted a big fat happy cat, "RICH TEA - BUBBLE TEA" this way- is this my new local bubble tea spot? I AM IMPRESSED! Rich Tea is absolute perfection - from making me the absolute perfect Taro frapp (WITH NON DAIRY MILK) to a hot milky rose tea at the exact temperature so I can still drink it from their clear cups that are shaped to fit elegantly in your hand! One day I came in hoping to have pudding added to my drink, paid for it, then found out they had ran out. They quickly responded "YES!" when I suggested I have a tart instead?
