We finally closed after 3 and 1/2 months. She(Terri) would not even answer phone with any kind of update. I would never, ever, recommend this mortgage co....They are good looking girls and probably do well as hostesses in a nice club....but as lenders, they miss this by a really LONG SHOT!!!!

The lady that answers the phone up here is killing their business. It's almost like she goes out…read moreof her way to misunderstand me and complicate matters. That or she's just plain ignorant with a bad attitude. She has no business answering the phones. For example I paid them to set up a whole house filter, and they were excited to set up this new filter I just purchased, but when I called the place to set up the filter, she told me "we don't do that,". it was like talking to a brick wall. Later on the employee that was so excited to help me with the new filter called and told me "we don't do that" and acted as if I was pulling teeth for them to come do a simple job. I wonder why ? Cut that lady before it's too late. I will take my money elsewhere.

Terrible management with this company. Trying to get things fixed took several calls each time…read moreand even visits to their office for my neighbor. Our units were modified illegally with substandard wiring and plumbing that was not inspected by city inspector. behind the building the leaves, garbage, and old carpet were left there creating a roach problem and they were coming into two of the units. The fire alarms was disabled by management. There is only on poor light on parking making it unsafe at night. The office staff and manager are disorganized and the woman in the front office is unhelpful. In our opinion this company should be avoided at all costs.
