Great visit! Parking lot had space. We were seated immediately. Service was fast and courteous. Everyone jumps in to offer menu and drinks. No waiting for an assigned person to come to your table. Food is really good, just think it's pricey for what it is. We ordered a Chilaquiles-Bolillos plate, Egg-BLT Toast, and grabbed some pan dulce. Good flavors and service was fast, just do expect to pay a bit on the higher end. read more

It's a little confusing when you walk in but everyone behind the counter is nice and let me know that you so and order - it's not counter service. The restaurant/bakery is nice and spacious. Instead of your traditional chips and salsa that you get at all Tex-Mex places. Bolillos gives you a delicious cup of Gisell and limes! The food was delicious- 2 bfast tacos hit the spot. Grabbed the usual bean & cheese and coffee after camping along the border. Place seemed popular amongst the locals. It was clean inside, Spanish spoken, tacos tasty. Parking lot is very small but I believe you can park on the street. Easy to get to: right on the main drag. Will prolly return next time I'm down! read more

If you're going to order Bolillos, go in person (not carry out), and expect the trashiest customer service you've experienced for decent breakfast bolillos. The first time my family ordered carry out, we had to return to the restaurant THREE times (yes, THREE) because they consistently gave us the wrong order. Not slightly wrong--no--the entire wrong order with a totally different name than what ours is. We were willing to forgive this. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they had a few new employees. So today, we tried again. Once again, we returned home with an order that belonged to a totally different family. Literally a different last name. Here we go again. We returned to the restaurant to get our correct order. They corrected it (we thought). When we arrived home, the bolillo we'd requested with just ham and cheese (because of a bean allergy) was slathered in beans. Are you kidding me? When we called back explaining we wanted our money back (because we were tired of going back and forth), we were told by a man who stated he was "in charge" that they could only credit us for the one bolillo that was wrong (not the order) and that they could ONLY credit us if we returned to the restaurant. Are you kidding me? In 2021, they can't credit us over the phone despite us using a credit card? The staff here is not only completely incompetent, but rude, dishonest, and nowhere near qualified for the restaurant service industry. We were shocked at their lies (of course a restaurant can credit a card over the phone) and moreover, the absolutely disgusting antagonism from the very people who had made the mistake. Do NOT order from here. I know we never will again. read more

I had the huevos divorciados and a coffee and the food was just right. Salsa was delicious and the coffee as strong as I like it.
