The chicken piccata here is better than I have ever had anywhere. The chef, who we met, is humble and talented. We presented us a tasting of a smoked brisket that he will be serving at another of his restaurants in town. The smoke ring was visible in the slice, the meat was absolutely tender and moist and the flavor explodes. I hope he also decides to offer it at this location too. $35 plus tax and tip for a deliciously cooked meal that I will remember. I will make the drive when I am close to Laredo to eat here again.
