The sidewalk was supposed to have been 36" wide. It is 33" at one end and 31.5" at the other end. The porch has standing water on it when it rains. It is only about 3 weeks old and already has a crack in it and is chipping in several places. The porch is not even level. I received a text that said he would be back to finish when the rain let up. He never showed up. I contacted 3 other concrete companies to see about getting the porch fixed. Each of them said the way it has been done that the grade is not right and the only way to insure that the water will not cause damage to the foundation is to have it tore out and repoured. They said they might could try something else since I am already out so much money but, they said they did not think it would hold up and they could not guarentee that it would work. He told us he had been doing concrete for 20yrs. Yes his price sounded good to start with but was not good in the end. Had to buy rock for 143.00 that was never mentioned. The georgia buggy was 50.00 more than he quoated. He did not even have a way to get the gerogia buggy to my home. He actually wanted us to use our truck and trailer to go pick it up ourselves. After that didn't work out he had the nerve to want me to pay to rent a trailer to get it. I thought if you were a professional you would have your own equipment or at least a way to get it. I Have had 3 professionals look at the job he did and all of them could not believe the way he did it. ( and suggested I take him to court). This is only a portion of my complaints with the work that was done. I have attached pictures so you can see for yourself. Take my advice. Pay a little more and get the job done correctly by a professional. For the price I am going to have to pay to fix this mess plus what I paid him I could have hired someone who actually done the job right and I would not have had all this added stress. They have breached our contract, damaged my home, and are not showing any urgency regarding my complaint despite being paid in full.Specifically, TFS failed to deliver on the following contract terms: Missing Foam Board: The contracted foam board insulation was never installed to close the vent. Missing Crawl Space Door: The insulated crawl space door was never installed, leaving the area exposed. Instead I know have property damage because they used spray foam instead of the agreed-upon foam board, which has gaps of exposed areas to the outside and damaged the exterior siding of my house.To make matters worse, the crawl space encapsulation is completely unfinished, and the sump pump they installed is non-functional and currently leaking water everywhere. Although I've called many times I to escalate these severe issues, my concerns remain pending as I have not been given a day for repairs to be made. Management repeatedly blamed their lack of response on "internal restructuring" and "staffing shortages." Internal organizational issues are no excuse for abandoning a paying customer with a damaged home and a leaking pump.TFS needs to immediately contact me to complete the initial project scope, repair my damaged exterior siding, and clean up the debris and mess left behind on my property. The drainage ditch is just that a ditch that collects water when it rains. I asked for it to be fixed. It is a complete mess. They used the grass they dug up to cove ditch instead of using sod. I don't care if you explained before doing it. They should take pride in their work and realized how tacky it looks. Of course there is an explanation for everything that is wrong. Never took responsibility for anything that went wrong.
