We paid TFS almost $2400 to do a simple porch step lift and a fill on some cracks on our small front walkway. They never lifted the step to pull it up to the front porch, but just shot in some ugly brownish gooey fill on that top step and on some narrow cracks on our walkway. The fill oozed out and made everything look 1000x worse than the way it looked before they did any work. They basically put a bandaid on the cracks and separations and made our front steps and walkway look absolutely ugly and embarrassing. We've been fighting them for weeks to make it right or to refund our money but to no avail. I read their so called "glowing reviews" from prior customers before hiring them so I thought we would be very satisfied. We weren't and now we are at a loss of $2400 and will now have to hire another company to come in and fix their mess. read more

Schyler did a great job fixing cracks in our 35 year old pool deck and all around the pool coping. It required cutting out all the old patches and was a back breaking job that would have taken us months to complete. Looks 100% better and no more concrete pieces falling into the pool. They are very busy so don't be surprised if it takes a while for them to get to you; be sure to plan accordingly. Kudos to Natrese and Brian for helping to get us pushed up on the schedule before it got too cold. read more

We originally came to TFS for an issue with a wall in our backyard. Turns out that issue is outside their typical scope of work -- and they gave us a recommendation of whom to call -- but another issue is very much their bailiwick. My husband and I showed them the concrete pad on the side of our house that our a/c units sit on. Our house is on the side of a large hill, and since last we looked a few months ago, the pad had shifted to where a corner of it was hitting the house, causing a crack in the brick on the house. We jumped right in fixing this. TFS was able to get a crew to workout on it within two weeks. They were efficient and took care not to tear up the yard, which we share with a neighbor. We can sleep a bit easier knowing this has been fixed. And if foundation issues come up again, we will definitely call TFS. read more

This was a complicated job. It is an old farmhouse that was settling inside. I contacted TFS and they came out. There was virtually no crawl space. It was determined that their engineering supports was needed under a bedroom, bathroom and hall leading to an upstairs. We decided it would be best to cut the floor out. When they did, they found all the Joyce's were rotted. Brad and his crew arrived and took three days to hand dig 1200 cu ft of dirt. They also tunneled under the stairway to locate the main beams supporting the house.On the last two days they installed new Joyce's and their support system. They were able to lift the main part of the house 4 inches. They were not able to completely level the house but were close, they lifted as much as they could, the condition that caused the sag went on for decades. Today the house is well supported. All during the job Alan the salesman, Alec the supervisor and especially Brad the on site lead man along with Archie and Deven, the other members of the crew were outstanding. I can't say enough about the experience. Yes there might have been cheaper companies but you get what you pay for, these guys really know their stuff. read more

The folks from TFS did a great job for us. They installed beams and jacks in our crawl space to level up our long time sagging floors. I can't think of any problem I had from beginning to end. From the estimate to the install, everyone arrived when they said they would. They were able to handle everything over the phone and work within the COVID-19 restrictions. Greg was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. Each day Luke would explain what they hoped to accomplish, let me know when they were done for the day, cleaned up any mess and told me when they would be back. I've still got a bit more to do under there and when I get to it, I will be contacting TFS again. read more

Great job, Kyle! TFS-Kentuckiana lifted my entire front entrance concrete driveway and patched every inch of crack. Kyle and his crew performed a top-notch job. The 3/8-inch holes used to inject the high pressure lift mixture and the cracks are virtually invisible to the casual observer. Kyle did a terrific job coordinating the final caulk color to very closely match my exposed aggregate concrete driveway. He conducted himself in a professional manner with customer-focused communication. Before he departed, he walked the entire project with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the Work. The entire process occurred exactly how the sales team assured me it would - that in itself is pretty unexpected these days! I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. Without this work, my expensive driveway would have continued to slowly deteriorate over time so this work will stop the problems in its tracks.
