Dr. Tyler is a great doctor and a good listener! I first started going to him in March because of severe back pain and migraines which had effected me for most of my life. I knew my back was screwed up from a previous preliminary visit to another chiropractor. He said I had lost something like 80% of the curve in my neck and my back was bent wrong and it would be 3 months and $1750 to fix it. That scared the heck out of me so I jumped ship on that. I finally couldn't take the pain anymore and I went to see Dr. Tyler on a referral from my ex. He sat down and talked with me about what was bothering me and he took an Xray and in a week showed me what was going on (something the other doctor didn't do). I had scoliosis and yes I had lost curve in my neck, but my spine was also twisted to the side and that was causing a LOT of my problems. So we started on a plan that he spoke to me about. I would see him 2 times a week for a month, then once a week for two months and currently i'm seeing him once every two weeks to fix it. I love going to him and he's a great listener, he seems to take a personal interest in my life and he even sent me a sympathy card for when we had to put my dog down. It was very different and i'm very glad I found him. He has fixed some issues with my spine and my back and the biggest fix is my cramps. As a woman I used to have severe cramping during my period. It would have me on the floor, crying and sometimes vomiting from the pain. And after working with Dr. Tyler that hasn't happened in months and I am so relieved! My neck was in serious pain for a few weeks before making an appointment with another chiropractor in the area. After 2 appointments I was experiencing new pain and no relief. I started at Bolingbrook Family Chiropractic several years ago when it was owned by another couple. My experience was always good with them but unfortunately after I had my son I didn't make time for my adjustments for over a year. Luckily my good friend Kate recommended that I give the new doctors a try and she said they do a great job. I first saw Dr. Ludeman who was very thorough with our consultation, making sure to ask all questions regarding my body when I gave birth and what it has been like thus far. She really made me feel like she understood how different my body was and was confident that we could get everything back to a feel good place. I've seen her a few times and had great relief. I've since also seen Dr. Quill and was very impressed with his consultation just to piggy back onto what I had to say with Dr. Ludeman. I have never signed up anywhere to write a review before, but I find it very important to share my experience. I have become immune to poor customer service day in and day out. I have been going to Bolingbrook Family Chiropractic for about 2 years. I have been amazed at the quality of care and customer service I have received. It started with an complete and thorough consultation were I was explained in great detail of my issues and how they can be fixed. The warm feeling of having the whole staff care about my health issues goes above and beyond. I have received phone calls from Dr. Reed following up after a visit to check up on me and that explains to me how much he cares about his patients. I have felt lucky if after any other doctor visit if i even get a follow up call, but that is usually by a nurse or an e-mail, but not in this case. This is my first time seeing a chiropractor. Dr Carly was kind and friendly. I though after years of back due to one of my legs being shorter than the other my exam would of been way worse and I expected the treatment to cost a lot. Not the case at all. And with me getting the news I am able to donate a piece of my liver to my niece I asked if I should wait until after due to recovery and I would be out of work for a month. We are just doing what I could afford until after my recovery. But what touched me was we ate having a benefit for my niece and she Say's to me let me know when so they can donate to the benefit. She has only meet me twice and I can't tell you how touched I was. Yes they are a doctors office and run a business but I will say this it wasn't about money. I am sharing this anonymously regarding an incident involving Dr. Gabriela Ludeman that occurred on December 29, 2025, at Life Time Fitness in Romeoville, Illinois. The incident involved a teenage minor female and began over a gym-etiquette issue involving weights. During the confrontation, Dr. Ludeman followed the teenager toward the locker-room area, yelled at her, and called her a "dumb b****." I understand that gym members are expected to re-rack their weights, and the teenager should have done so. However, I do not believe that justified an adult following a minor, yelling at her, and directing a degrading insult toward her. I find this interaction particularly concerning given that Dr. Ludeman's professional practice advertises services involving children. I believe prospective patients and parents deserve to know about this incident and can decide for themselves whether it affects their comfort in choosing a provider. read more

I have started to go to this clinic a month and a week ago! I have different issues after a major hip surgery! I almost lost my ability of standing for long time! It was very painful for me to stand continuously even for five minutes without a support! Incidentally November 30th I went to renew the license sticker and I had to stand in the queue for at least 30 minutes! It was surprising that I didn't feel any pain! I have a chronic headache for long time and I told that to Dr Quill and he did some work in my back neck and my headache is gone! It was such a good feeling that I didn't feel for long time! I started seeing Dr. Ludeman with a sports related injury. Over the past few years she not only helped rehab my injury, but also assisted with pre and postnatal care. Throughout pregnancy, when my OB said discomforts or swelling were normal and to be expected, Dr. Ludeman made me feel heard and problem solved to help alleviate the various discomforts. My son, now 11 months old also sees Drs. Ludeman and Quill. Their kindness and compassion towards him and his care is second to none. I had never been to a chiro, but I was experiencing back pain during my twin pregnancy and a friend of mine recommended Dr. Reed bc she had such a great experience during her twin pregnancy.I am SO glad I took her advice! They got me in the same morning I called and have always been very accommodating with my schedule. My pain was reduced after the first session and relieved by my second! This was my third pregnancy and by far the best I've felt through all my pregnancies and i was carrying twice the load. I had a great delivery and recovery and I know it made the difference! I started by seeing Dr. Dahlager after a lifting injury at age 24 and he spotted whiplash symptoms from when I was 3 that I never knew about. I'd always known my back hurt and had terrible headaches and allergies all the time for no good reason, but he explained that it was caused by 20 years of being misaligned. When Dr. Messina took over for him she continued my treatment and so far my back pain from the lifting injury has never resurfaced. Getting realigned over the long term care is the highlight of my week; chiropractic adjustment is like having a weight lifted off of you that you never knew you had. My family and I love Drs. Carly and Tyler. I started here during my pregnancy do to backpain, nausea, and headaches. I wanted a more natural approach to relieve my discomfort. Dr. Carly was wonderful. She listened and was compassionate to needs. I really wouldn't have survived without her. I continued with post-natal care as well since your body changes again. Reed and Messina took over the practice, they have made changes, but still maintain the same high level of care that Dr. Dahlager started. The first time I visited I was greeted by the friendly staff and waited in a comfortable atmosphere. I didn't wait long before the doctor greeted me and gave me my first exam.
