Dr. Courtney was amazing! My baby was frank breech but I didn't find out until very late in my pregnancy. We did chiro care and acupuncture. I felt my baby trying to flip each time! I ended up having a csection but it turns out the cord was wrapped around my baby and I have a dip in my uterus. I want to schedule an adjustment for my daughter. I found the Yelp posting for Structure while trying to find a local acupuncturist. I was 37 weeks pregnant, and had just found out my baby was breech. My OB suggested I look into acupuncture for a possible way to get the baby to turn, and I was given a week to "flip" the little guy, or my OB wanted to talk about a c-section. I absolutely did NOT want a c-section, so I took to the web that night to find someone who might be able to help. I noticed the posting for Structure because the first review that came up was from another mother who had a breech baby, and her review stated that Dr. Weigand was able to turn her baby into the proper position. I called Dr. Weigand, explained my situation, and mentioned that I really was afraid of needles, but was willing to try anything to get my little one to turn. Dr. Weigand mentioned a chiropractic technique called the Webster method as an alternative to the acupuncture, and immediately scheduled me for an initial appointment the very next day. When I arrived at the office (and it was so funny - I have driven by Structure's offices about 100 times on my way to Mom's group!), I was immediately at home. The offices are in a converted house, and they are comfortable, calming, and I just loved them.......Dr. Weigand was there to meet me, and we clicked from the start. She is so easy to talk to, and just friendly, down-to-earth, and nice! She asked about my pregnancy and history, and explained exactly what she was going to do for my chiropractic adjustment. As she was doing her exam and session, my body felt so good! I had a terrible experience at a chiropractor in the past (it was more painful than therapeutic) and this was a whole different story - I almost felt like I was getting a nice stretch and massage! After the session, Dr. Weigand actually even convinced me to try the acupuncture, and she made me so at ease that I agreed! Later that night, less than 10 hours after this initial session, I felt a CRAZY pressure in my stomach - it sure felt like something was happening with the baby! I didn't want to think too much about it, and kept second-guessing myself, but at our OB appointment last night, we found that the baby had indeed turned! Yes, that's right - Dr. Weigand was able to get my pelvis aligned enough after just ONE session that the baby was able to flip! We did continue with 4 more sessions, just to be safe, and I actually did do the acupuncture as well each time, and it was just a great experience. She even came in on Saturday and Sunday just to see me and help me and my baby - and actually, my last appointment was on Mother's Day, and Dr. Weigand even brought me a small bouquet of yellow tulips (how did she know they were my favorite!!!) I'm telling you, she is just a nice person! I told Dr. Weigand that even if I found out that my baby was still breech, the way my body felt was worth trying anyways - I feel more energetic, less uncomfortable, and just happier. Dr. Nancy helped the shooting pain down my left arm after one visit. I am continuing to go twice a week for migraines, neck pain etc. and can't wait for my appointments. She provides so much relief with active release technique and adjustments. Everyone who works here is so laid back, friendly and professional. I was a patient from August 2017 to April 2018. My experience with the office was in general fine, and I was mostly happy with the adjustments that I received. The thing that made me stop going was that I did not feel I was being billed correctly. I was suddenly told in January that my insurance would not cover any of my visits and that I was now going to be a maintenance patient although there were no tests or anything that were done to show the quantitative or qualitative improvements in my condition. But since they insisted on billing me as a maintenance patient, my insurance wouldn't cover my visits, unless I had a specific injury or something. I switched to another chiropractor when I discovered that yes indeed I had 30 chiropractic visits a year as well as unlimited physical therapy visits, all covered under my insurance. I switched because I could not afford to continue paying 100% of my visit cost when I clearly was entitled to insurance benefits. In addition I would just like to say, if you have been visiting a chiropractor 2x per week for scoliosis for 2+ years, it seems very strange to be told you should be coming in once every other week since your condition is just so much better... without any kind of testing done or data to back up that conclusion. I did not feel comfortable being told that. I did try to come in once a week at that point but there were times when I needed two adjustments a week. And to be told that my insurance would cover nothing, on top of that, was just too much. read more

Honestly not sure where to begin, this place has been amazing. I began seeing them in 2017 during my second pregnancy and saw them through my third pregnancy and beyond. My third baby was adjusted weekly for colic post birth as well as myself. I am pleased to say I feel better than ever and the colic in my now 4 month old is comply resolved. The care I have received here is everlasting (not to mention they are kid friendly, so they don't mind I bring my crazy crew with me. Dr. Cortney is very remarkable: her knowledge, skill and personality and one cannot help but like her and appreciate what she does for you. She used an Active Release Technique that has helped me with very tight muscles (per her tighter than most of her patients). When I noted a new issue she explained what it was but someone else said it was a hernia. To confirm I saw a doctor who agreed it was a hernia and referred me to a surgeon. However the surgeon said it was not a hernia and confirmed Dr. Cortney's diagnosis - pretty good! I took one of her brochures to work to give to HR who then gave it to a pregnant worker who was having so much difficulty she could no longer work but after one or two visits with Dr. Cortney she came back to work and praised what Dr. Cortney did. Dr. Cortney is very caring about her patients (my wife also saw her) and is very flexible with her hours. I can only say great things about her and I have recommended her to others and I do the same to anyone reading this review. Dr. Cortney is a gem! I live down the street from her office and had always been tempted to stop by and give her a chance. I already had a chiropractor (for years!), but it was getting harder and harder to make the trip to see her. Several months ago, I was having a lot of pain in my right hip (thanks kids!) and I just couldn't get on top of the pain. I tried multiple things for a month or two and I was desperate for relief. My other chiropractor suggested meds, and my primary doctor said to try PT first. I started PT a couple of weeks prior to seeing Dr. C, but it wasn't until I saw her that I felt immediate relief and... IT HAS STAYED AWAY! She knew exactly what to do, and what areas to work on. I can't thank her enough because that pain was unbearable. Dr. Cortney is a fantastic chiropractor who knows her stuff. She's also very personable and professional. I love her hours, and it is nice that I can bring my little one with me to appointments if need be. I'd rather be solo, but I'm so glad she is open to it and is very kid-friendly. I don't know what change they are referring to because 1) our insurance company (and HR) had no idea what I was talking about 2) 3 other chiropractors also weren't aware of any new changes with insurance that they kept insisting was going to happen. ??? I've since gone back to my old chiropractor and another one (for regular maintenance care) and I have zero insurance issues. It's all covered and everything. Very strange and it didn't sit well with me. In addition, I was told my kids were not covered and that I'd have to pay cash for them all of a sudden. My significant other actually set up my first appt with Dr Cortney, because I was so down about not getting help, even after a lot of physical therapy, etc, and I had a bad experience with previous chiropractic care. Wow, am I SOOOOOOO glad he called her ! I felt significant improvement, right away after the first visit. I told her how scared I was about "typical" chiropractic adjustments. She used ART (I think), active release technique (?), and it really helped. I had never had that, even after all the physical therapy I had been through. She does hands on work to get those tight spots out of the muscles. Well, I first saw her back in Sept, and I feel better every time I see her. She has shown me some exercises too (which I need to be more disciplined at doing them!!) A few days ago, I was doing some stretches at home using a foam roller, and working my shoulders (exercise I got from physical therapy, that I don't usually do). Over the next few days, I started getting killer-sharp pain in my back near my shoulder, and as time when on, it spread all the way across my back. It was so sharp, I worried that it was not muscles, but something internally wrong. I was so scared. But I got in to Dr Cortney just this morning, and again, she listened to what I was experiencing, and got my tight muscles loosened up. She honed in on the spots that were so terribly sharp, and was able to relieve the worst of the pain. She also showed me some more exercises that I could do to strengthen my shoulders, to combat the bad effects of sitting scrunched at my desk all day at work.
