I decided on going with Phillips jeweler because his estimated pricing over the phone, sounded pretty reasonable. I ended up arriving 30 minutes prior to closing and hopeful that they wouldn't be too irritated ( being a former retail employee for 11 years of my life, I hated to be a last minute customer.) The location was very hard to find. It's located in the same building as the goodwill off of South Bowman road but the sign is hardly visible from the main street. What I do like about his store is the added security of the building. You have to dial into a phone located outside and state your purpose before entering. The owner (I believe his name is Phillip) recognize me from our call earlier and was more than welcoming and eager to help. He took his time to explain to me why the chain had broken and even fixed it right on the spot. I was expecting a one week wait as well as a $40 charge, but he was gracious enough to do this for free. I definetly recommend this jewelry store for any repairs or new purchases.
