Not gonna lie, the reviews almost scared me away but I'm glad I have a mind of my own. I went anyway so I could judge for myself and everyone was exactly the opposite of what these reviews say! I was greeted before I even walked in the door, offered water and a free grilled hot dog by a nice older gentleman. Once inside, I walked over to the firearms to take a look. John greeted me and came over as soon as he finished with his customer. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. Schooled me on shotguns as I've never owned one. This is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. John specifically is rude, disrespectful and cares nothing about customer service. The people at this location are always in a bad mood and never want to help you out. Their Little Rock location is fabulous and is the complete opposite situation. Don't waste your time at the Benton location, save yourself a trip and head to Little Rock. read more

This pawn shop in general is overpriced. I do not want to rate this place. The computer processed was kinda if course, but should have just bought it new. We called about a smart TV, while in another store, and realized we would be better off buying one new out the store. People go here and to other pawn shops thinking it is a better deal and cheaper to go get one used. But if you shop around you may find that you get a better deal and that it's worth pay a few extra bucks. I called around Christmas for a mp3 the deal for my daughter and was told the price of the most expensive one and was told that was the only one they had. My brother went by there the same day and purchased the slightly cheaper one they claimed they did not have. He paid 40 dollars when I was told the one they was over 100 dollars. Walmart have some that including being able to watch videos cheaper, they were out. PLEASE SHIP AROUND BEFORE GOING TO A PAWN, ESPECIALLY THIS PAWN SHOP. CUTE AND FANCY LOOKING...BUT NOT WORTH IT!
