This review is for the car wash... save your money and go somewhere else. I keep my vehicles pretty clean but wanted to get the pollen and bird mess off the car before a family event, $20 for a drive thru automated no interior vacuum, it couldn't even handle a little bird mess on the hood. If you have to wash your car after the car wash you should stay away! Waste of $ do not recommend. read more

I've been trying to cancel my carwash subscription to 4 months. Stopped I by before I moved from the area & told them I was moving. Said they would cancel. 4 months later they are still charging my card. Can't get through to anyone to resolve. They don't answer the phone & their "Contact Us" on their website does send the info. read more

Stay Away. They try to bait with their cheap gas price sign. Customer service is terrible. They are rude and nasty. They don't even have the decently to speak English in front of you when talking to each-other. Never going back there again. read more

Went in for wash on a Ford raptor Their track system was jerking the vehicle forward and spinning my steering wheel Mirrors bending in ways they shouldn't They never pushed mirrors in Left my antenna whipping around After a whole lot of stops and starts mid way through the wash I got to the end And when I was cued to pulled forward I did only to find the vehicle filthy and sludge all at the lower rights side of my passenger side front tire Then I looked closer and realized their system slashed right through the tire. And scratches on rim. Spoke to manager who says he will call me Monday Initially sounded like they are trying to stick me with the damage reminding me of some sign they have posted that they are not responsible for damages. Stay tuned for more when Mark calls me back They had a middle eastern gentleman who asked, "who flagged me in?" I told him the young kid. He said oh the Spanish kid? I said yes. He said," he is a problem and that he caused damage to 7 vehicles last week." I didn't know what he was referring to but thankfully recorded the dialogue and have their own employee stating how this is not an isolated incident as back up. Will post More once we know how they are handling. Had to change to a spare in their parking lot. Refused me a tow truck And didn't help change the tire. NEVER GOTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN Yesterday August 14th I took my truck just to get a quick simple wash. And the young Spanish guy who was loading the cars onto the track and placed me in the car in front of me in the tunnel way to closely together. As the car in front of me was coming to the end of the track being dried I realized the car wasn't pulling forward when primped to and my truck was still being guided forward I attempted to try and apply my brakes and hitting the horn so I could get the employees attention but instead he chose to ignore me. After my truck being rolled into the back of the other car in front of me thankfully at a very low movement then did the employees come running over and told the lady to go. After I got through the tunnel I attempted to go speak with the employee where I was blamed for the incident and the man proceeded telling me the car wash was not liable at all. I asked for a manager severals times and instead got told no and to f**King leave or they were calling the police. So I then immediately called the police myself to report what happened and was informed by the police if I was to have any damages the car wash would be liable so to it happened while inside the wash. NIce new market and car wash. I went in the other day to get gas and a car was. For the second time they overcharged me for the wash so I went inside and asked for the difference back. The place seems overall clean and id get food there if I was hungry. read more

I have been going here for a while because the gas prices are fair and the car wash was convenient until a few days ago. I went to the car wash and the person in front of me tipped the attendant and then the attendant proceeded to basically hand wash this guys truck for 20 minutes while I waited and there were cars behind me waiting. After the first 10 minutes I asked him nicely if he could speed it up and he smirked at me and kept scrubbing the tires on the truck. He was rude and did not care that I had been waiting.
