Went for a car wash here had 2 cups spaces in my cupholder. When I left there was only one cup spacer in my cupholder one disappeared if you get a car wash here make sure that your cupholders spacers don't disappear. when he was cleaning the interior on my car, I specifically seen two of them in his hand when he took the mats out to be cleaned as well as the spacers halfway home, I noticed spacer was gone, went back and he told me they only come with one which was a lie. Great hand car wash. All of the gentleman were excellent, I explained where I really needed cleaning on the exterior of my vehicle due to pollen and dirt build up and they were extremely thorough. Like a spa day for your car. 3-4 workers take their time pre-scrubbing your car, vacuuming and cleaning your wheels and wheel well before it goes into the tunnel. Then it gets soaped up from above for a second time and they quickly hand wash your car for a minute before it gets hit with the triple foam. Had the most wonderful experience at this car wash the other day! We recently took a trip upstate and our car was scratched on both sides by tree branches. I purchased a premium car wash with the hopes it would get it out but, of course, no luck. The car otherwise was spotless and I was so freaked out. The owner, Tim, was so sweet and came over and hand waxed both sides of my doors and got 99% of the scratch out! I was so relieved and grateful and he didn't even charge me extra for it. He said if I had time to let him put the machine on it he could have gotten it out completely (I didn't have the time). He was so incredibly generous and the car looks fabulous. My husband couldn't believe it when I brought it home- we thought we had ruined our paint job! Thank you so much, Tim!!! read more

Here we go again, I updated my review once it had a new owner who seemed to do right, and we have been going there since, but the actions today have soured us from ever going back. My husband came with his jeep today and when he got home he realized CASH WAS LITERALLY TAKEN FROM HIS CAR!!! He called the owner, who said "maybe they vacuumed it up" ... listen I get wanting to stick up for your staff, but money was literally taken from the car, CASH BILLS, and the owner could care less. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to cavalier in Huntington, they do a better hand wash than this dump anyway. read more

THEY STEAL. I came here once and left my designer sunglasses in the side of my door. Upon throwing things out I forgot to take the glasses with me. when I got my car back they were gone! This has never happened to me. When you go get a car wash the furthest thing you have is that they would steal from you as you will be right back to retrieve your car from them. Wow.. DO NOT GO TO THIS "HAND CAR WASH"!!! I have a wrap on my car and always wash the car myself but since it's been so cold I figured I go to a hand car wash. Well that was worst decision I have ever made. I made the guy aware that my car was not like that and he had the nerve to tell me I did that to my car taking off the snow which makes zero sense cause I have had over 5 cars and never had an issue like this cause of snow. I was very respectful until they made it seem like I was crazy for them using brushes to rub the soap on the car. Never in my life have I been so disrespected. They ruined my whole car and no one wants to take accountability for it. The service is very good here and my cars always come out really clean. The owners are very friendly and the pricing isn't too bad.

I would strongly consider the negative reviews before considering this place. Seems most of the workers have sticky fingers and unless you want money stolen from your vehicle you should consider going literally anywhere else. You all should be ashamed. read more

If you don't want to get scratches and swirl marks on your car, then avoid this place. They claim it's a hand car wash, however they are still using a hand brush. Went there for a car wash and ended up with swirl marks all over my car. Deceiving marketing. read more

How disappointing - however I should have known better from the reviews.... my cup holders were not even wiped down - I have a dog and there was still fur in the cup holder and clearly spilled beverage at the bottom. On top of that - I had a clear food stain on mat, they moved up the chair to hide the stain until I left. The place was not busy and I paid for the most expensive wash in the hopes they would at least attempt to clean the stain... they didn't even attempt. I don't know if I'm more annoyed about the cup holders (which is 100 percent standard in all car washes) or the stain. Plus you can tell all the wiping down was half-assed. Recently had my car washed and had items stolen from my car. I witnessed a worker putting one of my belongings in his pocket and the owner refused to help. Be aware, I bought 2 gift certificates of $100 each for Christmas on 12/17/18 and was charged tax on it so it costed $217.14. Under New Management that is terrible!!! While the car wash is still good the lady at the cash register is RUDE and disrespectful. The old management used to have the frequent flyer card for a free wash after 10 washes. The new management does not have this and the lady at the register (new management) went into a frenzy when I inquired about the free service (since I had a card that a male cashier said they would still honor). Came to this car wash recently while visiting NY. Car hadn't been washed in a while, so it was pretty dirty (especially due to the road trip up there). First and last time customer, complete waste of money. Because of all the salt on the roads that end up on my car I asked for an external wash only and if they can do the undercarriage, they said yes. I asked for this specifically because the undercarriage and by the wheel wells are the first places to rust. After the car wash I looked under the car and the undercarriage and wheel wells were exactly the same as before, it was like the car never went for that car wash. This car wash was terrible I had to empty out the garbage in my car AFTER they cleaned it the windows still were dirty with spots on them. which I showed them and he looked rubbed it and saw that it comes off which meant THEY WERE STILL DIRTY!!! Too Which he replies that's weird what's that? What the heck difference did it make it's dirt? Which is why I paid your establishment to clean it. I've been to a lot of car washes and this one was the WORST then to add insult to injury after they had to be advised on what and how to reclean the car they showed me like look we cleaned it??? So I've gone to this car wash regularly for 6 years since I started working in Melville. I've taken multiple cars there along with recommended many friends/co-workers. I just purchased a brand new car and took it there today and as you'll see by the pictures I uploaded, damage was done to my driver seat. A hole was made along with a blue streak along the side of the leather seat. All the owner said was that is didn't happen today and couldn't of been from his workers! Really?! Because I'm going to buy a new car with any defect to it!!!!! He offered 3 free car washes..the brand new car is a PORSCHE, I think we all no that 3 free car washes certainly won't make up for it..Premier has lost my business along with many of my friends..BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH, Why can't I give zero stars.. read more

This place should be called Cheaters Car Wash...I requested a silver car was and I was given not even basic car wash...And the cleaners were so rude , left all the dust inside the car, the glass had stains and also left stains on my bonnet as well the Tires were not clean which was part of the silver wash...The Chinese lady is cheater who owns the shop,never would recommend this place. read more
