Mark Boller and his crew cleaned all the carpets and upholstery in our home. Our house had been occupied by members of our family who we thought were taking care of the house. When they left, with very short notice, they left the house a mess. There were very challenging stains on the microfiber couch and chair that they worked very hard to eliminate. Some of the stains were from gunpowder and took a lot of work to get them out. Mr. Boller also arranged for one of his staff and himself to repair a door that was broken. Mark Boller went above and beyond in making sure the carpets and upholstery were very clean; almost like new. He also took two large area rugs to his shop to be cleaned as they were wool and needed special cleaning. They had dog urine stains on them and gunpowder. There aren't enough words to express the help Mark Boller provided to my husband and myself. We walked into such a mess and he made the process for cleaning the carpets and upholstery very doable. I feel his prices are fair and he provided excellent service and advice. I would and do recommend Mark Boller and his company to my friends and family plus anyone in need of honest, reliable, efficient carpet and upholstery cleaning. read more

I probably will not use a different carpet cleaner after using Boller's for the first time. A friend had recommended them to me years ago and because they are slightly more expensive I chose someone else. That was a mistake. They are well worth what they charge. I was contacted by this company after our water heater broke and flooded the apartment. This man was so incredibly rude to me on the phone, that I asked for his name, secretly intending to file a complaint, and was shocked to learn that he is the owner. If they can't muster up enough energy to be civil to a customer, then I'm not sure how far out of their way they go to help or do any cleaning. read more
