Mostly Vietnamese patients, not that its a problem but professional customer service needs to be extended to all. Front desk personal are Rude to everyone outside of that race. My appointment was at 4:30pm and an hour later I'm still waiting to be seen. On another occasion I was told by my doctor here at Bolsa Medical Group, I could come in anytime as a walk in for blood work so I left work early to have it done. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting in the examination room while the doctor remained outside speaking with colleagues. When he eventually entered the room, he was discourteous and displayed a lack of professionalism and respect. It was clear he was not attentive or dedicated to his role. Despite arriving an hour early for my scheduled appointment, the actual examination lasted less than four minutes. Avoid this place, and if you have ever experienced misconduct, negligence, or another concerning problem from a doctor here, please considering filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. It is not normal for doctors to treat patients so poorly. I was told here that if you are a virgin, the doctor will not do pap smears for you because your future husband won't accept it. This is an extremely unprofessional comment, and it shows lack of care for patient health. Additionally, even if you are a virgin, the doctor might still do a nonconsensual internal pelvic exam on you. The gynecologist Dr. Christine Hoang sexually assaulted me. I was not informed at all that she would be doing an internal exam on me, and she did not ask me if she could do an internal exam or tell me that she was going to do an internal exam. She suddenly and roughly shoved a speculum into me, causing me a lot of pain. When I was yelping in pain and pushing away from her and crying, she did not stop. I was bleeding and experienced pain for over 24 hours after the exam. I was left feeling extremely violated and in distress. After Dr. Christine Hoang did the internal exam on me, I left the room crying. An older woman saw me and asked why I was crying, and when she found out what happened, she said that she had an appointment with Dr. Christine Hoang before, and the doctor was so rough that she decided to never return to see her again. Additionally, despite having suggested birth control pills to me before for period pain, Dr. Christine Hoang later told me at a different appointment that I have no reason to take birth control pills if I'm not sexually active. This is not only contradicting her own suggestion but also shows a lack of medical knowledge. The gynecologist Dr. Dzu Tran is a pervert. He made creepy comments about my genital area and other girls my age. He was extremely inappropriate, and he also either lacks medical knowledge that a gynecologist should have or is letting his personal beliefs affect how he practices medicine. I have seen other doctors here as well who were awful and dismissive. The medical care I received here has often been subpar. The staff here have also violated HIPAA often, giving other people my medical information when I was already an adult and announcing my test results in front of other people. read more

TLDR: Front desk receptionists can be rude, expect to wait up to an hour in the waiting room even with an appointment, and the care team can be unprofessional. This review is long overdue. I stopped going to this medical center after being a patient there for over 10 years, starting from childhood. Nothing much has changed, which is why I felt the need to express my grievances. Now that I'm older, I've realized that healthcare experiences can be much better in other places. You are likely to have a more pleasant experience almost anywhere else. The facility is overcrowded, resulting in long wait times. My most recent experience was when I had just started college. First, there was an issue with my insurance, and the receptionists were discussing it behind my back, making rude comments that I could overhear. If they had concerns, they should have addressed them with me directly. There is horrible customer service. Later, I saw Dr. Diane, a physician I've been seeing for many years, with whom I have numerous issues. During this visit, she uncomfortably asked if I had a boyfriend, assuming my sexuality and offering to connect me with a tutor from Princeton, a school I don't even attend. Dr. Diane can be dismissive; for years, my depression and anxiety were overlooked and treated solely as physical issues. In past visits when I exhibited withdrawal symptoms and lethargy, she insisted on investigating physical causes like blood or thyroid problems without even offering medication as a possible treatment. She even pressured me to choose between sports (volleyball or tennis) leading me to tears, as I had no motivation for anything. Her advice to "be happy" was especially insensitive, knowing my background of growing up in a dysfunctional family. It saddens me that I spent so long with untreated mental health conditions, while the doctors failed to recognize or address them, despite my ongoing symptoms. The only medication I was prescribed was for acne, rather than for my much more pressing need for antidepressants. While I understand the argument that we shouldn't rely solely on medication and that lifestyle changes can be beneficial, my depressive symptoms persisted for years, even after trying multiple recommended changes. It feels condescending and lacking in compassion. BTW she can also have bad breath. Moreover, I only learned about the availability of chaperones during sensitive examinations after visiting other medical centers. Here, chaperones are nonexistent. Doctors will often perform sensitive examinations without any reassurance, using their bare cold hands without any effort to make you feel comfortable. I remember an incident from my childhood where a male doctor conducted a sensitive examination with the door wide open, exposing me to people passing by. I've also experienced X-rays alone with a male technician, which made me very uncomfortable when changing. During my last visit, I needed to have my blood drawn. As someone who becomes quite anxious about this procedure, especially when finding veins is difficult, I was particularly distressed. A nurse, who seemed inexperienced, struggled to draw my blood and didn't even use an armband to locate my veins. This led to a bruise on my arm. There were also times when nurses wouldn't apply bandages properly or in the correct place. In an unrelated incident, I witnessed one of the nurses crying, which reflects how terrible this environment can be for both patients and caregivers. Since moving to Los Angeles, I've gained a better perspective on what quality care should look like. This is where I've begun my mental health treatment in a more respectful manner where it can actually be treated seriously. I just think the doctors here can do more harm than good, and they've really failed me as I was growing up. read more

Terrible service here. I was on the phone with one of the staff and she hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to ask something. She was rude and she couldn't answer simple questions. She kept telling me different things..sounded like she didn't even know what she was talking about. These people are so unprofessional. These people should not work in healthcare. It's my mother's birthday today, but we woke up to find her super sick. She felt dizzy, nauseous, and could barely stand up. She wanted to go to Bolsa Medical Group because that is where she usually goes when she isn't feeling well. My sister and I had to basically carry her into our car because she was so weak. Her usual doctor, Tony Tran, wasn't available so we went to the one that they had for walk-ins. I don't know or care for this doctor's name because he was so useless. When a nurse finally called her in and took her temperature, they assumed it was COVID-19 because her temperature was at 104. Before any of you start, my mom is fully vaccinated, hasn't left her house to go anywhere other than work, nor interacted with anyone sick so that's not it. The nurse made us go around towards the back of the building to take a COVID-19 test, but my poor mom has a sensitive nose so it was really tough for her. The result came out negative, but the nurse kept saying that she had the virus. My dad and her got into a little argument about it and wasn't showing any sympathy towards my mom at all. She also wouldn't allow us to take a pic of the result stick. The doctor finally came, but wouldn't touch nor diagnose her at all. He just looked at the file and saw that she had a temperature of 104 and just told us to take her to the hospital. So lazy. Didn't feel her head or ask about her symptoms. Clearly this guy just wanted to go home and call it a day. When my dad called him out for not doing his job and taking responsibility of being a doctor, he got all defensive and said that there's nothing he could do because she clearly has a fever. No, duh. Isn't that what 99% of your patients have? Garbage excuse. He tried to pretend like he was doing us a favor by writing us a doctor's note for the ER. We waited about 30-45 mins and had to paid $15 co-pay for literally nothing. Save yourself some time, money, and even possibly a life by going literally anywhere else. To start off, let me say that if you're looking for a reliable facility where all parties within this building care for your health, look somewhere else. I have been a patient here for a couple years now and have stayed because it was something I'm used to, but each time I have a walk-in appointment, I frontload myself of the horrible experience I will have and each and every time, there is always something that does not go well with the facility. The front desk ladies are helpful and kind. They try to be accommodating as best as they can and are just doing their jobs. The doctors, however, have no care towards their patients and do things so they can charge your insurance in a quick manner to get you in and out. For the past three years, I have been going here to get anti-depressants because I was having a hard time after my dad had passed, despite my attempts to better my mental health on my own. Dr. Tuan Phan did prescribe me them, but he would be busy most of the time when I walked in so I would go over to Dr. Dzu. I have never had a good experience with Dr. Dzu ever. He belittles my needs and criticizes my choices in life. Every time I have visited him, he would rush me out and even more so when I would ask for a refill on my antidepressants. Here are some of the things he has said to me: "Just think positive, I don't want you to be on this medication." "I really want you to get off this medication. Go have fun and that will make you feel better." When I asked him about my increase in weight after taking my medication, which is known to have weight gain as a side effect, he told me, "It's because you're depressed and you eat a lot more when you're depressed. It's not the medication". "I don't want to refill this for you, so please do not ask me again. I won't refill the entire prescription, only a small amount". Each and every time, he would dismiss my needs without question. He would easily give me pain killers if I needed them than to prescribe my medication. Overall, I would highly recommend going somewhere else for better, quality care. If I could give 0 stars, I would be going that low. If you're going for mental health reasons at all, please go somewhere else where they will take care of you and won't dismiss you as easily as Dr. Dzu and the other nurses/people here do. read more

Now they're bothering me. They have been calling me and sending me mail that I am overdue for my annual checkup. I have been trying to find a new reputable doctor to replace them. This place is pretty horrible for my needs because they don't care about sexual health. If you're a 18-21, unmarried woman. They will shame you for having premarital sex no matter what. It is impossible to talk about birth control and STDs to them. They don't care. Also, they don't let you see a gyno unless you are 21 years old. Excuse me, any woman of age can get a UTI and Yeast Infection. You do not have to be sexual active to have problems "down-there." They only care about general health and shames you if you're fat. I have been struggling with my weight for some time now and I don't want to be reminded that I am fat. I have been doing holistic health by taking vitamins, working out, and eating healthy. TLDR: They made me feel like a bad and unclean person for having a UTI when I was already a very self conscious teenager. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, but especially if you are a woman or a young lady. I came here often as a teenager and young adult because it was the only Vietnamese speaking medical practice that my family had in-network with our insurance. I came in for a UTI and was interrogated by the female doctor about what my beliefs were on abortions, on pregnancies, and whether I did drugs and alcohol. I say "interrogated" because they were not simply yes or no questions for medical history purposes. They were intrusive questions on whether I would have an abortion if I were pregnant or how I would ruin my life if I did any of these things. Even when I told her I have had none of these, she dismissed my thoughts and shamed me for having a UTI in the first place, claiming I did not know how to wipe and that I should be cleaner. She continued to tell me about why having a child would ruin my career while telling me about how abortions were wrong and immoral. I did not ask to be reprimanded on my personal decisions, and hated being interrogated as if I were a criminal for having a simple UTI. As a young woman and teenager, I was susceptible to all the disinformation and judgement that the doctor imposed on me. She made me feel like I was a bad person for having a UTI, and it added to my insecurities and shame. To all the people here that don't know this already, you should not feel ashamed for having any health complications, no matter your personal beliefs or decisions. If a doctor or healthcare provider makes you feel ashamed for being unwell, they are in the wrong. I will never return here, and I would reconsider bringing any family here if you were thinking about it. read more

My parents are patient at this facility. Let me tell you an incident. We were helping my mom doing some paperwork because she is older now with restricted mobility. We asked facility office staff to sign our paperwork. They refused and required my mom to see a doctor and they pretend a full vital check like my mom is coming in for medical services. They do this so they can charge Medicare for a service they do not provide. After that, the doctor lecture my mom of her request and that there are people in worse condition. My parents have limited English and need Vietnamese doctor to discuss their health. They willingly to take the insult. I am a Vietnamese myself and very proud when I see Vietnamese with education and success. I do not know why some doctor get a degree to abuse senior and also defrauding government for services they do not provide. Imagine ask doctor for your kids vaccinations record but the doctor make you do a fake checkup so they can bill insurance. read more

I accompanied my dad to his appointment. Here's a couple things I noticed during our visit : 1. Incompetency, unprofessionalism and lack of compassion During the 45 minutes that we were there, we spent 30 minutes waiting. As a RN myself, I understand short staffing and busy schedule around the holiday. My dad was only seen by a MA/nurse (?) who just pressed the "inflate" button on the BP machine and then left to see other patients. The doctor himself did NOT perform a thorough assessment on my dad, no heart/lung assessment, didn't even physically see him. Afterward the doctor quickly went over the lab results with my dad (someone without medical background) for about 5 seconds. Pretty much just stating lab result values, didn't give time for questions or any explanations, not even "do you have any questions for me?" 2. Violation of HIPAA & patient confidentiality While waiting for my dad, I witnessed the same doctor in the hallway discussing other patients' results out loud with them at the nurses station, there were other patients sitting around waiting as well. And yes, I could hear every word--lab results, medications, diagnosis, etc. 3. Poor hand hygiene and infection control I wished I kept track of the number of times I saw staff wearing white gloves in the hallway, going from one patients room to another patients room while touching the counters. I did not witness any hand cleaning procedures such as washing with soap and water or using hand sanitizer prior to entering and leaving a patient's room. I saw the doctor coming out of a patient's room with gloves on, saying "patient was bleeding too much" and then proceeded to enter another patients room. Shouldn't this be common sense and the #1 practice in a healthcare setting ? In conclusion: I understand that this was just one encounter so it's not fair to criticize the clinic as a whole. I have no doubt that the staff work hard to deliver good & competent care to the Vietnamese-speaking community. However with this specific incident today, it makes me wonder if this is an ongoing mistreatment that other patients and family are being provided, yet no one is advocating for them because this clinic might be the *only* resource that have nearby. It's unprofessional and unfair. I felt that my dad was being treated as simply a number. Being told that none of the providers would want to perform a procedure on him because "his insurance pays too little" is entitled, shameful and lack of compassion. I hope everyone will truly re-consider becoming a patient at Bolsa Medical Group because everyone, including you and your family deserve high quality and compassionate care. read more

He just asked me do I take any meds, do I feel any pain, listened to my heart and lungs, and done. That was definitely not a physical check up at all. And his staffs had no clues about their jobs. I went in for a very basic pap smear/cervical cancer screening several weeks ago and have had NO follow-up from this office with my results. I called the office to follow up myself, and I was forwarded to someone's voicemail. If they do not understand what you are asking over the phone, they just tell you to hold and transfer you elsewhere. Dr. Hoang rushed through my pap smear and did not even warn me before she started, without being gentle at all. She brushed off my concerns about a lump in my breast and just told me to go get an ultrasound. I will never come back to this office again. read more

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A MENTAL DISORDER, NEED BIRTH CONTROL, SERIOUSLY ILL, OR HAVE BROKEN BONES." ^I saw this in another review and I cannot emphasize it enough!!! The only reason I can think of that people come here is that the staff is Vietnamese and speaks Vietnamese. Other than that, this place is disorganized, unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. Firstly, I have never, once in the 19 years that I have been coming here (since I was born), made an appointment and been able to be seen at the time my appointment was made. The wait is always at least 1 hour but it's very common for it to go over 2-3 hours and the staff and doctors never apologize. The most recent time I came in, the appointment was made for 8:45 AM and the doctor did not even enter the building until 10:30 AM. I was seen at about 10:45 AM. Other times, people with later appointments or walk-ins were let in before my family with no explanation, increasing the wait time even more. However, if this was the only issue, I would not be taking the time to leave a review. What I have a problem with is the brusque and short way the doctors treat you. It is clear they do not care about you or your health and they only want to get you in and out as fast as possible so they can see more patients and get more money. Furthermore, this is more of a personal annoyance, but when the doctors ask you questions about your lifestyle, they are accusing and rude. While most Americans do not live the healthiest life-style, these doctors seem to love to put you down, even if you are trying your best. The last time I went there, I told to change my sleeping hours, exercise more, and move out of my parent's house so I can "grow" even though I get 8 hours every night, go on daily walks/jogs that last 30 minutes and have a normal BMI, and do not have any feasible way financially to live away from my parents unless I were to take out outstanding loans. I already felt vulnerable because I had decided to go to the doctor for a very personal issue and was immediately brushed off. And that's the main reason I'm writing this review. Multiple times, my family have gone here seeking help for serious problems that were not addressed in the way they should have been. I came here to ask for an ADHD screening because I genuinely was not able to function in my life. Not only was I not screened (typically a short questionnaire that gives a better picture of the situation), but I was immediately told that it was highly unlikely I had it because I had never come in previously with this issue. At my insistence, she gave me a referral but expressed heavy cynicism that I would be diagnosed. I spoke about two sentences before she came to this conclusion and proceeded to suggest that I make lifestyle changes that would supposedly solve all my problems even though as stated above, I live a relatively healthy life. The doctor, Dr. Minh, was condescending, out of touch, and rude. I started to cry and couldn't stop and I did not get the impression she was remorseful, but rather incredulous I could be so sensitive. A day later, I went to a clinic (not the one the doctor referred) in Los Angeles and was very definitively diagnosed with ADHD and immediately started treatment. At another instance, my sister came in because she was sick and had a very high heart rate and blood pressure, and she was repeatedly brushed off multiple times by multiple doctors. She was told to sleep it off and that nothing was wrong with her even though she could tell there was something seriously wrong. When she went to Urgent Care somewhere else, she found out she had a serious sinus infection and was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. The doctors here are not willing to listen to you, to attempt to understand you, and their goal is not to help you. If you want to get vaccinations at a medical facility where everyone speaks Vietnamese, this facility is passable, but you would be better off going somewhere else that is more considerate of your time. If you are worried about your health and care about yourself, I don't think this would be the best place to go. Going here and settling for a low quality of care and service with virtually no redeeming points is not something I will be doing in the future. read more

horrible place, deserves a -5 star. been going here as a kid and didn't understand why it was always so overpacked and wait times would extend to at least 2 hrs. switched from the kid doctors to the adult doctors next door and its even worse at the adult doctors. they don't care about you and just want your insurance money. i came in with no appointment just to get a TB test done which takes about 5 minutes but they made me wait 2 hrs to see Dr. Diane who then proceeds to convince to try to get a blood test so that the TB results come out more "accurate" but i said no i need specifically a skin test but she kept trying to draw my blood. i came back two days later to get it done and now im back to get results read but i still gotta wait like its just reading and getting the results which don't even take long. idk how the patient's here tolerate this behavior but since its rlly the only quote on quote "good" place they're stuck here. for those who switched, are there any recommendations on any other good adult doctor places i can switch too cuz im sick of this place and getting treated like crap. update: the nurse didn't read my file properly and almost made the wrong doctor sign my papers and she was gaslighting me saying i saw a different doctor like girl i knew exactly who i saw tf read more

This review is long overdue as I left this clinic 3 years ago, but I wanted to mention what everyone has said here. I do not recommend this place. The main reason for me is how these doctors impose their moral, not professional, opinions about sexual health, especially as a woman. You will get lectured if: 1) You're sexually active before getting married. 2) You ask for birth control. I was told that birth control wasn't one of the solutions to regulate periods or cramps but rather just simply take "two pills of Tylenol two days before your expected period." I also got lectured about my career choices, because I told her (Dr. Christine I think) at the time I wanted to pursue fashion design. I think I offended her when I politely said I didn't want to pursue a "higher paying job" like the medical field. But honestly I could excuse the shitty customer service if the treatment I got from the medical professionals here was adequate. However, unsurprisingly, the nurses and doctors here are beyond unprofessional. The doctors here have consistently been rude and condescending during my visits here. During one visit, my sister's doctor tried to criticize her for not washing her neck properly because of the "dirt" on her neck... Those were scars from years of eczema... To insinuate so rudely that my sister was unhygienic is COMEDICALLY RIDICULOUS. They're also quick to impose their moral opinions on you and will insult you if you think otherwise. When I came in for a physical exam, I was honest to my doctor (a female doctor whose name I can't remember) about having a boyfriend and being sexually active. She then proceeded to lecture me about how horrible pre-marital sex was and belittled me about my lifestyle choices. Even with an appointment at Dr. Lauren's family office, you STILL have to wait at least 2 hours for a less than 5 minute visit (Am I exaggerating?! NO). The worst is when they call you in.. only to wait in ANOTHER waiting room. WHY!? I don't understand... The rooms, lobby, and front desk always look so unorganized and dirty. The worst is the pediatrics area. I always feel unsanitary sitting in their waiting rooms. Unfortunately, the only clean place I've seen is the Outpatient Surgery Center (I mean.. it better be clean..). Dr. Loc or Dr. Kychuong are the best! Both are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Unlike, Dr. Lauren, whom never seems happy whenever I see her. She just asks why I'm there and then jots down notes and sends me out. Is it weird that she barely makes eye contact with me? Whereas, Dr. Loc and Dr. Kychuong always ask how I'm doing and gives good advice. Dr. Thao is average too, because she at least smiles at me and checks my symptoms. The worst is Dr. Diane, because everything she says doesn't make sense to me. She told me the wrong symptoms and to check up on a lump I didn't have... She said she's a new doctor.. so should I give her slack? No. I also love Dr. Kychuong's receptionist, Co Chau. She's very sweet, and helpful. She would escort me from the upstair's office to downstairs just so I know where to go to make my appointment. Co Minh Hieu, the vaccine nurse from Dr. Loc's office is funny and nice too. Nurse CeCe (sp.?) in the Outpaitent Surgery Center was very caring as well. She always checked up on me and made sure I was comfortable. Even with those good workers, I'd still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Service is always a hit or miss, or unprofessional. Don't waste your time here. read more

This doctor was completely unprofessional. Her name is Christine Hoang. She seeing patient with her long evening gown and her gown was stuck to her chair. She came into see me without listening to my concerns and my pain. She kept on guessing about my pain and said my fibroids and cysts was too small to worry about and that was not the reason for my pain. She told me to go back to see my family doctor and ask for some other test. Total time she spent for me was 5 mins. She didn't even bother to ask me how my pain and where it located. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. DIANE: Went in some time ago to get a potential concussion examined, but she saw that I'd checked alcohol consumption and sexual activity on my general form and just lectured me about drinking alc and having sex as a little (legal) girl because it's not ladylike and not good--for the entirety of my (few minutes-long) interaction with her. Not in a caring way, but in an overbearing, judgmental way. I told her I don't engage in either often, as clearly stated in the pre-appointment form I filled out, and as I told her while she continued to admonish me. I wouldn't have even checked those boxes to spare myself of the expected diatribe, but the context was necessary in order to detail the circumstances of my substantial medical concern. Ultimately, I was not helped in any way. How many other young girls has this licensed individual intimidated into hiding the true extent of their health history? This is not only extremely unprofessional--it's unethical and potentially harmful. A lot of us grow up going here because it's a Vietnamese-based location where our parents feel safe, but the environment seems to hold a toxic, conservative atmosphere that impedes proper health evaluations. I waited for hours. Came in, immediately got scolded by her for a few mins (after the nurse outside also did bc she read my form), and she completely dismissed my health status, barely even acknowledging how I was feeling or even checking me physically, saying "no, you're fine" and just not to drink again. The issue was not drinking. The issue was my brain. My head was smashed against concrete multiple times. As she was basically shooing me out, I relayed to her my symptoms and said I was hoping to get a scan or to get checked somehow, but she just condescendingly waved it off as if a visibly breathing young adult is incapable of experiencing complications. I still had tangible swelling on my forehead, dizziness, impaired vision, and migraines 1-2 weeks after the incident, which is why I dragged myself to the dr. Bro, the last thing I wanna do is be here, let alone be baselessly scolded by you. I'm here as a last resort because I'm concerned for my health and am in need of a professional evaluation, not your overbearing moral impositions. Extreme unprofessionalism. Waste of the few remaining brain cells that I was trying to salvage with the visit. Never got my concussion issue addressed and this visit essentially ruined the last attempt I had left to get evaluated because my insurance was expiring in like a week, AND I'd already gotten shut down on multiple levels by both the front desk staff and doctor here. = Additionally, the process to get there was also super long and frustrating because the receptionist that we spoke with not only refused to do her job properly but raised her voice at my mom despite being in the wrong. Something on my medical record had needed to be verified with my insurance provider prior to allowing me to see doctors there. I had already called them and they confirmed I was covered, explaining that the desk just needed to call and that they would directly provide the confirmation. I told her but she kept refusing to do that like I was burdening her with extra work and telling us it wasn't her problem and that I wasn't covered--even though the provider themselves said I was and that she just needed to call and they would verify for her. Both of us were just waiting on her. The front desk vibe was really "damn that's crazy not my problem tho" even though it's quite literally her job to approve this so I could proceed with doctor appointments. This was not a language issue, as both my mom and I clearly conveyed the circumstances to her in both English and Vietnamese. This exchange lasted hours as we were humiliated by them in front of other patients. After some time, she just pushed us to some other office who eventually sent us back to her. Nothing changed and we were still telling her the same thing. FINALLY, she decided to call my insurance and got the verification asap, just as we'd been saying. No acknowledgment or apology. That whole thing did not need to happen. = My friends and I were talking about our medical experiences and realized that we've all had horrible individual experiences with Dr. Diane. However, Dr. Huy Lam was great for all of us. I went in for a painful UTI. He was super chill, quick, and accommodating, and I was also able to openly discuss my sexual health with him without being berated; he's younger and seems to not be stiflingly conservative like older, traditional doctors. However, if most doctors here are as unprofessional and unhelpful as my experience with Dr. Diane, then I'd highly advise taking your older family members elsewhere. Elderly Asian people are already so reserved in detailing their medical concerns to doctors for fear of being a burden--imagine a dismissive professional discouraging them from speaking even more. read more

***AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT'S THE PLAGUE*** I swear, you can find better doctors and service else where. I went here from when I was a child until I was 20ish with their pediatric side. The wait was always something else for me with this place. I remembered when I was sick my mom would take me there at 8AM to wait for them to open so we could be first. Even then we won't be leaving until 11am-12pm. Mainly because if you want anyone else aside from stupid Dr. Minh, you'll need to wait until at least 11am. I changed doctor as soon as I can, but recently came back with a friend to be moral support for her getting a referral for mental health. As mentioned earlier, I avoided the crap out of seeing Dr. Minh when I used to go there because she was useless and often has no filters on what she's saying. She thinks it's because she's a doctor she can tell kids how they need to go through school or how fat they are without considering other factors. Anyways, my friend met up with her because she didn't want to wait anymore. We were there to ask for a referral to a psychologist/psychiatrist. Tell me why this "doctor" decided to question my friend like she was attacking her for feeling stressed out? She proceeded to ask my friends more personal questions that my friend was obviously not comfortable sharing with someone who just indirectly called her fat for many years. Fast forward, half way through the convo she told us "I don't need to refer you, you just need to call specific number to schedule with the psychologist." Then she proceeded to ask my friend for her religion. Dr. Minh then told us to pray for God and Mother Mary when she's feeling out of it/stressed and don't do anything "silly". Anyways she ended that convo by asking my friend if she heard of wandering spirits/ghosts because "You'll end up as one of those stupid wandering ghosts if you try to kill yourself." She ended up sending my friend to get a blood test for no reasons.. Honestly, that was a waste of her morning. I have never seen any professional as disgusting as her when it comes to treating people who obviously needs mental help. Don't even come here for regular check up. If you're a parent a really want the best for your kids but don't know where to go, WAIT FOR DR. THAO. DON'T GO TO DR. MINH. SHE'S THE WORST ONE IN THE OFFICE!! read more

I love this place the nurse are amazing sweetie, and Doctors are so knowledgeable. My recommendation doctor is Doctor Zoo, he so kind and give such education advice. Highly recommended him and his wife have a express pharmacy on bolsa where I go get my medication. read more
