This is not how business is done. When I cannot fix something it is free or discounted. I then fixed the roof myself and found screws not driven in, sticking out, tons of glue. Tape over the skylight obstructing the view and defeating the purpose of a skylight. Then charged $70 for the (2) exposed screws and glue. We had a seamless install and have only had one instance in which the generator was needed since it was installed.
