I did not order them but I assume AtoZ did. i did a follow up/recall appointment request since I haven't heard from AtoZ. Theh scheduled a follow up appointment for the following week. Guess what? AtoZ electric sent a text saying a tech was on their way and about an hour later, I get a notification that my service was completed and rate their service. Funny thing is that no one ever showed up. I work from home so I assure you that no one ever showed up. just marked it as completed, won't answer back any text messages or calls from me or the home warranty company. AtoZ got paid, and my light never got replaced, but I'm out $87 service fee because AtoZ marked my appointment as "complete." completely dishonest company.
