He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. He also refunded the charge for what they did fix as part of a good faith gesture which I appreciate very much. As far the Trane variable speed unit I purchased--especially at the high price I paid--does not seem to be doing as well as I expected. I know that HVAC guys will say that as long as it has a 20 degree differential from the outside temperature, it's doing its job. Well, frankly, my 30-year-old train cooled much better even though it wasn't running at the full 5-ton. While I love doing business with Medley, I'm not a fan of this new Trane unit.
