You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

The supposed "hot" pool was not warmer than my hottub at home that we keep at 104, so must've only been around 101 my guess. And yes, the 2 other women that were there were chatting up a storm, so not your relaxing, spa type environment. The staff, though, were very kind and helpful. I'd say if you have time and the same amount of money, head an hour east to Thermea spa, which is well worth the time and money!

One week before Christmas holiday began, I injured my shoulder and was in terrible, debilitating pain. The simplest things I could not do. I saw my Doctor who suggested I try Physio because she was unable to give me anti inflammatory or pain meds due to other issues. I needed to do something about the pain, I was desperate to try anything, so I left her office and walked straight next door to Focus Physiotherapy. I was greeted by Darlene who got me in right away to see Wojciech Kilar for an assessment. A very kind woman named Penny got me set up with lasers and heat compression. I was treated by Wojciech that day, and an additional 2 treatments that week. I started to think that I would no longer have to cancel my holiday...and so very glad I didn't. I was seen once more before my holiday and then after I returned. I now can lift my arm, tie my boots, wash my hair, get back to work! Without shoulder pain. Amazing. Recently, my knee started to hurt again but I did not wait till it got that bad - I decided to visit Focus Physio in Bolton again and the same wonderful people are still working there. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I never have to wait to be seen. Not only do they offer physiotherapy, but other services like massage therapy, acupuncture, orthotics etc. My physiotherapist - Wojciech is truly amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to massage and stretch out my muscles & tendons. He also showed me various exercises to strengthen & stretch out my muscles to help with the healing. Their service is fantastic & I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know with an injury.
