In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

Great service, and I love colonics now too! Flow has become an important part of my self care routine. Would highly recommend.

The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

The spa itself is beautiful, with so many options to enjoy throughout the day--multiple saunas, steam room, cold plunges, quiet relaxation spaces, hammocks, and plenty of areas to unwind. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. I also really appreciated the no-phone policy, which made it much easier to disconnect and truly relax. There was no construction it was really quiet. The only downside was since it was a Saturday that during the busier parts of the day, it was difficult to find an available chair or hammock. We noticed quite a few guests leaving towels on chairs to reserve them while they were away for long periods, which made it challenging for others to find a place to sit. We also had lunch at the restaurant. The food was okay though it wasn't the highlight of the visit. The drinks were good. Overall, the spa experience itself more than made up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing day trip outside the city, I would definitely recommend Vettä Nordic Spa. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The only downside is if you're from out of town you can't stay there. We stayed at Horseshoe once, but meh. Since then we aways do AirBnb 30-40 min away in Wasaga or Barrie.

One week before Christmas holiday began, I injured my shoulder and was in terrible, debilitating pain. The simplest things I could not do. I saw my Doctor who suggested I try Physio because she was unable to give me anti inflammatory or pain meds due to other issues. I needed to do something about the pain, I was desperate to try anything, so I left her office and walked straight next door to Focus Physiotherapy. I was greeted by Darlene who got me in right away to see Wojciech Kilar for an assessment. A very kind woman named Penny got me set up with lasers and heat compression. I was treated by Wojciech that day, and an additional 2 treatments that week. I started to think that I would no longer have to cancel my holiday...and so very glad I didn't. I was seen once more before my holiday and then after I returned. I now can lift my arm, tie my boots, wash my hair, get back to work! Without shoulder pain. Amazing. The entire staff at Focus Physiotherapy, namely Wojciech, Darlene (who made a point of calling the insurance company to confirm my benefits), Penny (who even helped me get my coat back on when I couldn't do it alone) Patricia and Rob....thank you all so much for your professionalism, care and empathy.

He is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to massage and stretch out my muscles & tendons. He also showed me various exercises to strengthen & stretch out my muscles to help with the healing. Their service is fantastic & I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know with an injury.
