The esthetician I met with said the keratoses should be burned off instead of lasered. I was very fortunate because the PA, Drea, had a no show and was able to do my treatment. You can imagine my shock and embarrassment! I have never been treated this way by any business, nor have I heard of a business behaving in such an appalling manner to clients. For cosmetic services, I find it important to develop a relationship with one practitioner. Stephanie is the only person I see because she's excellent and so lovely. So sad to say, but if this business makes a mistake on their end, they ban clients. Please bear that in mind before scheduling an appointment -- there is a zero tolerance policy on complaints.

It was very thorough and Kathleen was professional and very kind throughout the whole experience. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. She does a microcurrent facial and I believe it lasted about 1.5 hours. Afterwards, my skin was calm and glowing!
