Okay so first of all, I'm a cosmetologist for over 20 years and worked in some of the top full service spas in salt lake city, UT and Scottsdale, AZ,. Honestly even in working around amazing professionals in that field I never felt comfortable with someone doing my eyelashes. I'm pretty picky. Though Tamara changed my entire outlook into the Eyelash world!!!!!!!! She was patient, knowledgeable, polite, gentle, and yet still flawlessly fast. Plus my eyelids were twitching insanely during the appointment, probably due to the millions of things rushing through my mind of things to do, though this didn't phase Tamara AT ALL! I'm talking i could have been speaking Morris code with my blinks, that is how bad, and my end results nothing short of phenomenal. My first time getting lashes was with Denise. I am so happy I did! The first week, I received compliments like crazy, and they were not about the lashes, although, really they were as that was the only thing that changed. The quality and service that I received is beyond amazing. She knows her field of expertise and really truly enjoys her profession. In regards to lashes she knows how to keep them from falling out. I LOVE my eyelashes! Woah, do these things make me feel pretty! I have given up doing any makeup other than foundation and bronzer. I love how they've made my life so low maintenance. Denise is the mother of eyelash art and she's trained many others to be just as good. Including Katie, who does my eyelashes. Bombshell also has a natural makeup remover that takes off my MAC eyeshadow primer and doesn't harm the eyelash extensions. So great! read more

I recently moved back to Bend after living in The Valley for four years, and I had been getting my volume lash fills in Salem...I needed a quick fill and thought I'd try out Bombshell Lashes. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences. After having to reschedule my appointment because the lash esthetician would not answer my 10 phone calls, I was promised I would receive $20 off my fill the following day. Sadly, Denise charged me the full amount. I paid in cash and tipped her but realized after leaving the studio I was charged the full price for a volume fill. She deliberately ignored my three text messages and multiple phone calls regarding a $20 refund (as promised). Their voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message anyways. I also noticed my lashes began falling out immediately throughout the rest of the day I had my fill...so the glue is not very strong. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced and has made me feel extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. The way Denise has chosen to handle avoiding me was so unprofessional that I would highly recommend seeing someone else for VOLUME lashes! read more

6 month customer, and I've always been treated so well! I've only done my eyelash extensions at this location, but I always get compliments and they look natural to me. I'm not a girl who wears a ton of makeup, so I wanted to be sure it suited me...Denise always does a FABULOUS job of making my lashes look beautiful and natural. She explains what's going on with my real lashes and takes the time to evaluate their health and explain it to me. I usually fall asleep in the chair (sorry Denise!) but that's how relaxing it is. I was very nervous because this was my first experience getting eyelash extensions. I was told on the telephone it would take 3 hours which surprised me. When I first walked into this salon there was the usual loud music that many salons have. It normally wouldn't bother me too much but they had me fill out a 2-page form (asking for a lot of info about me) and the loud music made it difficult to concentrate on the answers. This form was pretty involved and I'm not sure why they needed all that personal info that included my health info and medications. I found this unusual but thought maybe they needed to know because medications affect hair growth so maybe they affect eyelash growth too? When I met Tamara she put me right at ease and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The first thing she had me do was go to the bathroom. She said it's important not to stop in the middle of the procedure. I told her of my chronic low-back pain so she put pillows in strategic places and made sure I was very comfortable before starting. She also placed a small blanket under my arms so they would be more comfortable. I told her that I get cold very easy so she placed a blanket over me just in case. When the music changed to a softer song I said, "Finally a calmer song!". So she asked an attendant to play the Nora Jones CD "because it calms my client". I thanked her and that really made an impression on me. At my second appt. (for an eyelash fill) I was again treated with kindness and respect by Tamara and she even had the Nora Jones music on for the entire time I was there. The only con is the pricing. Luckily I found a coupon for half price for the eyelash extensions set. But there were no more discounts. We figured out that the longest I could go without fills is 3 weeks. But at $50 every 3 weeks and my husband drives me there from Redmond (about 17 miles or so to the salon) I may not be able to keep it up. Hubby is getting grumpy so we'll see. If I have to stop I will miss Tamara and probably not find another "Certified Eyelash Artist" as kind and respectful and talented as she is. But if you are new to this procedure I say go for it and ask for Tamara. Your day will be so much better after spending time with her. And you will be so happy to have these beautiful eyelashes! read more
