I've often ended up with hair shorter than I wanted in the past, but Dani really listened to what I was asking for. She delivered a beautiful long, layered cut that felt true to my goals while still giving my hair shape and movement. Even weeks later, I'm still loving it and constantly happy with how it looks. I had gone to a different salon in Bend where I was made to believe the owner was skilled and knowledgeable. She really screwed up my coloring, putting orange/copper/blond streaks in my dark brunette hair. I was in tears and didn't trust her to touch my hair again. After doing some research, I found Lemon Drop Salon. They got me in a just a few days with Jenna who not only fixed it but turned my ugly orange streaks into the color job I originally wanted. After my appointment, I attended a dinner with some family and EVERYONE including the wait staff commented on how beautiful my hair looked. As she did my hair, I couldn't help but notice a stark contrast from Lemon Drop to the other salon I had gone to. Every hair stylist looked extremely skilled in what they were doing. Today I went and had a partial highlight done. I always get the same thing done every time I go there. When I went to the register I noticed it was cheaper than the last time I went there by about $100 I asked the lady at the desk to look at my records to see why it was different she said it was because when I booked online the last time I put it as a custom. I asked if they could do anything to make things right since I didn't get anything custom I did a partial highlight as I always do. She said she would talk to the owner. They then called me back and said there was nothing they could do because it was 6 months ago. I don't think this is right they should of checked the service that was given to the customer before making them pay $300 for something they didn't get not to mention they should have done something to make it right. It shouldn't be up to the customer to input their service in the system we don't always know what to put. Due to there prices being way over priced and due to their unwillingness to make an effort to make things right I will not be going back there. read more

First off, I am someone with long thick hair. I've been to almost every salon in Bend over the years and have had terrible experiences my hair destroyed you name it. I didn't have my hair done for a year! After being traumatized and the lady not listening to me and chopping hair off. Wrong color etc. I hadn't been to Lemon Drop in about ten years and looked up reviews and let me say they are accurate! I called and explained my hair needs and desires the girls at the front desk are absolutely lovely. I was booked with ASHLEY- she did an absolutely incredible job. I went from a dark brown mess with old highlights to a nice new copper red. She completely exceeded my expectations and got it even lighter than I expected for the first session. Kevin Murphy products are sold here too which I havent seen anywhere in Bend. I also was at the front of the salon and everyone who left looked fabulous! Overall 5 out of 5 and this measures up to grand salons with expert stylists I've seen in Scottsdale and Santa Monica! Great vibes relaxing environment and they really care about you here. I am the pickiest person about hair and after having so many bad experiences I am overjoyed to be a client at Lemon Drop. I set up an appointment with Hayley again and a few days prior she contacted me letting me know she was sick and her co-workers had volunteered to pick up her appointments while she was recovering. I initially was supposed to have an appointment with Lemon Drop for a blonding session. Unfortunately last minute I had to cancel because my doctor appointment immediately before my appointment, I was inform that my husband and I miscarried our baby. This was right fresh into our 2nd trimester. With the painful news I knew I couldn't hold myself together in a chair and pretend like everything was fine. My husband was kind enough to cancel for me because I couldn't stop crying to even tell them I couldn't make it. The ladies were so understanding. Further more, a few months later when I could work up the courage to walk into lemon drop again. Hannah took care of me. She was kind, patient, and thorough with her work. I've got the blonde back in my hair that I've wanted for a long time. It's been about a month since I've been in and everything is still perfect. I even got my curly curls back which were ruined/over dyed by a woman at a different salon a year and a half prior.
