RACIST WHITE SERVER I went to this location to watch the UFC fight, I waited 15 minutes to be served that's after I waived down a waitress, which walked passed me 3 times but she was serving the tables next to me and across from me. Once gave her order she quickly asked for my ID & debit card, before even receiving my food, and she said she doesn't serve at this area, & going to find out why the waitress wasn't serving this area. She returned table, with my debit card lying saying that the server was sent home, but didn't know why. Now I'm letting you know I'm the only BLACK person sitting in the area. So I'm waiting for food and I see manager assisting the table across from me, and I let her know about the dilemma being that had to wait 15 minutes for a server, and that my waitress says "My waitress was sent home" the manager says that doesn't sound right about the waitress and that it's the rules to ask for ID and Debit before service, I let the manager know that I've been at this location several times and no one has ask debit card before I received my food or drinks, and also I'm almost 40. So the manager says she would 15 percent off the bill, and that would be all she could help me with; but what I also notice that everybody around me is paying with their debit card, after they've finished their food. Waitress came over no introduction took our drink order and let us know she would be resting behind us on the patio sofa. This was my first time coming to this place and I was excited only to be let down within 10 minutes of being there. The service here was poor, our server paid more attention to the table next to us. She even ate a piece of food and still didn't get to us. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked to speak to the manager and ironically that's when our server wanted to show up. The manager wanted us to address our concerns in front of the server putting our food at jeopardy; ppl like to spit in food for no reason. The other manager came to our table acting weird also. The wife and I went to check out this location this past Friday Night and for the most part everything was fantastic! Food was good, the location was clean and well kept, and the ambiance was great! Only drawback was the music! While it was good and had a fat exciting beet it was just tooooo loud! We could not talk and it was difficult to hear the waitress and communicate with her. Went to the one on I-10 East next door to SAMs Club. Never been. Was seated and I was never waited on. I did realize I was the only female customer in the restaurant. These waitresses work very hard and I don't judge them but I do judge the restaurant for ignoring me because I was a woman sitting alone. And I tip well. My first visit was last night, a Tuesday at 7 pm. My friend and I went out to the bar outside. We were the only 2 people at the bar. My friend asked about bringing a dog and the bartender said sure, "that's the Manager with his 2 dogs" The manager was walking around the patio with his 2 dogs. We ordered food and 2 drinks. The bartender asked 2 times about our order. After 25 minutes and not getting our food or drinks, and being the only 2 people at the bar, the bartender asked if my drink was a shot and then asked us what type of glass it comes in. I had ordered a simple White Russian. After several more minutes, she then called for a bottle of Baileys Irish Cream. When she finally got around to making my drink the Manager was yelling at her from outside the bar that she was making my drink wrong. I just walked off and said forget it. 30 min, no drink, no food, and the only two people at the bar. I feel if the manager was not playing with his dogs on the patio, MAYBE HE COULD TRAIN THE STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO TEND BAR. Really? Can't make a White Russian. read more

I ordered a beer, barely got to drink it & later found a fly inside. Told the server & she got me another one, that's cool. Yea whatever. But the server also told me that considering it's happy hr I get a dollar off my drink which isn't bad. She barely came around & another serve then took over. She wasn't any better. Finished with my meal, got my check & was charged full price for my drink. Asked why I was getting full charged when I was told I'd be getting a dollar off for happy hr (doesn't matter if it's a dollar or whatever, it's the principle that matters to me) female manager came over with a rude attitude asking about the problem. She then proceeds to give me this excuse: "well considering it's our cheapest drink we don't offer that for happy hr." So I then ask her, "so why would your server tell me that ALL draft beers, especially the one I ordered, was a dollar off? She doesn't have an explanation & asks me if I would like to pay out full price. At this point I just wanna go home so I paid. Regardless, this was a very poor experience.
